나사에 방문하기 위해 머물렀어요 :) 넓고 쾌적하고 매우 깨끗했으며 직원들도 매우 친절했네요 아침식사를 간단히 하기 좋았고 24시간 커피바가 있는 점이 매우 만족스러웠습니다 다음 나사여행때도 머무를 예정이예요!

Everyone was kind and neat and the food was good

We stayed here to visit NASA as a family travel. It would be one of good choices for NASA visitors due to its location. The room was clean, and overall there was nothing made us inconvenient.

Clean and good for NASA visitors. But, heater and air conditioner were so noisy that I did not sleep well.

Great customer service and great location!

The receptionist was the nicest person. Made it a joy to stay there.

Hotel was very nice and the lady at check in was amazing. The room was clean. The only fault I had was that the room temperature did not go under 71 and for a person who likes a cold room, it did not allow me to sleep well. It made the room feel stuffy.

The room was nice. Just a few issues; the shower water was luke warm at best, the mini fridge froze everything in it, the thermostat got stuck on 61 the first night, stayed 3 days and never received house keeping, the pool was not heated. On a positive note, the staff was nice, the room and other parts of hotel were clean. Nice little area with a lot of shops and eating options.

We got in late. Our reservation stated we were a party of 4. Our room had pull out couch with one dirt pillow and blanket. No blanket or pillows Available that night or the next day. Room cleanliness was sub par. Staff could care less. Bare minimum customer service given. This is a motel charging hotel Prices.

Staff was great. Our room had a very foul smell. We should have made them switch rooms. Because of the smell it made the room seem unclean

Desk clerk was not welcoming. Several interactions with her and she was rude each time. We had a noon check out and housekeeping began knocking on our door at 9:30 and again at 10:30. Breakfast is over at 9 or before.
