Everything clean no complaints

This was the worst reservation experience ever! I arrive at the hotel at midnight only to be told “we sent you an email at 8:35pm to cancel the reservation because we had a high occupancy “!!! Who does that?? Why would you choose to cancel my reservation in favor of someone else?? Expedia— what is your agreement with this hotel that they can cancel reservations for such frivolous reasons?? I was stuck at midnight looking for a hotel and paying a higher premium!!! Don’t trust the reservation you make with this hotel.

Amazing !!!! No complaints none at all

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was convenient.

I stayes here last year and have to say they have taken a step back in a year. I blame it on the other guests to be honest. 11:30 @ night banging doors, running and shouting in the hallways. Smell of weed. Maybe I just picked a bad weekend.

The hotel was beautiful and it smelt so good!!! Thanks to Mr. Omar for being so kind and checking us into the hotel and Mr. Caleb for coming into the room to fix one of the lights that was not working. All the works were very pleasant and kind.

I don’t like that we have to pay to park now. There’s plenty of parking spaces each day.

I would definitely stay here again if possible.

The room wasn’t completely cleaned when checked in. Had to clean old makeup off the counter and something on the wall behind the couch. Toilet clogged on night two and no one would assist other than giving us a plunger. No room change either. Had to go down to the 1st floor restroom. The general manager was very accommodating the following day with a great discount. She saved the day and made it where I would consider giving them a try again if I’m ever in the area.

Very friendly staff and clean place. Great amenities. Breakfast was amazing!

I absolutely lovedddd this hotel. I loved the room, breakfast, pool, & cleanliness. The front desk staff were SO helpful and polite and made check in sooo easy for me and my family. The hotel is in a very convenient location with all sorts of food options surrounding it. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Serenity, cleanliness and room size!

I was put in a room underneath a known special needs person and awakened at 5am to horrible noises. We thought someone was being assaulted. We called front desk. Hotel did nothing to help situation.

The property, the area, everything was quiet. Staff was good. I really enjoyed my stay.
