We stayed for one night on our arrival in Oman to check out the markets. The location is fantastic, close walking distance to the souk and local restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly at check in. Overall the room was dated and slightly dingy but reasonably clean and comfortable. The AC blew cold air, the wifi was good, and the shower was hot... that’s all we were looking for. The music downstairs was not unbearably loud and did not run too late into the night. We would definitely go back.

Die 3 Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Unser Deluxe Zimmer wurde seit vielen Jahren nicht mehr renoviert, das Polsterbett war ringsherum zerfranst, das Bettlaken löchrig, die Bettdecke nicht sauber. Ein einziges Handtuch für 2 Personen im Bad, trotz Nachfrage gab es kein zweites Handtuch. Die Duscharmaturen total weiss vom Kalk, Seifenablage verrostet. Fenster seit langem nicht mehr geputzt, Handabdrücke und alter Vogelkot. Lediglich die Aussicht auf den Hafen war sehr schön.

Excellent location. Helpful staff. Good food. Service a bit haphazard. Great view from the room & terrace restaurant. But rooms are shabby and not very clean. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives.

Chambre pas faite tous les jours et pas de bouilloire contrairement à ce que hotel'com annonce. J'ai réclamé 3 fois changement de lampe de chevet défectueuse sans succès. Sinon belle terrasse et bon petit déjeuner avec serveur efficace.

The game lace is a bit grim and needs a significant makeover but you get what you pay for and we paid for a room to store our bags while we explored the local area, shower and get a late taxi for the airport

Hotel in posizione centralissima per chi deve visitare la città. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione sufficiente. Da rivedere la pulizia delle camere. Bagni vecchi.

It is near the centre of tourist attraction

Hotel bien placé pour visiter la ville, directement sur la corniche. La literie est bonne, le service restaurant et petit déjeuner sont simples, mais corrects. Les chambres sont petites et rudimentaires et auraient besoin d'un serieux lifting. Pas de ménage, ils ne font pas les lits, il faut demander le PQ à la reception. Les balcons ne sont jamais nettoyés

Excellent emplacement c est la seule chause positive avec la terrasse sur le toit mais nous n avons pas fermé l œil de la nuit jusqu a 3 h du matin à cause de la musique c était un vendredi soir

There was a dj playing every night until 3am which made the whole 'hotel' shake from the bass vibrations. It doesn't matter if they put you on the highest floor since the music comes through the ventilation pipes. This is not a hotel since it's not a place to sleep. Only okay if you arrive after 3am.

Marina is uniquely located on Muttrah's Corniche but the hotel has no daily housekeeping. Breakfast was very basic and came at an extra charge. The hotel can be noisy when they host a rowdy disco. Other than that, it is an inexpensive option in an otherwise overpriced Muscat.

The location is good and the employees are nice, but there is a disco or a bar inside and they play very loud music until 3 am in the morning or more. My room was in the 3rd floor and the noise was a nightmare. I spent 4 nights and nobody came to clean the room. Breakfast is poor. There is only one elevator, and it is busy many times. If you take the stairs, you cross the office, where there is a lot of cigarette smoke. Some of the customers I think live there for long periods.

I did not like,,, The staff is not friendly, but rude. Birds dropping is everywhere at patio. The room is ocean view but I could not open curtain. The loud music at the bar in the basement starts at 11 pm and continued until 3 am every night. That means you can not sleep long time. The light was blinking at bathroom. I requested to replace light bulb twice but never happened. They did not place any towel in the room. I claimed twice and finally they brought it. The sink at bathroom is leaking. Every time I use sink my feet gets wet. Dead cockroach was at the entrance of the hotel. They never get rid of it. Their breakfast is poor. It's like meal at prison. The breakfast time is from 8am, which is pretty late. On top of that, the cook comes always late.

The location is great, just in front of Fish & Vegetables Market and walking distance to Muttrah Souq and Corniche. The French restaurant La Braserrie is just beside the hotel, and Omani restaurant Bait Al Luban just about 5 mins walk. For the price paid, Room is acceptable. The balcony need some cleaning. Staff was in bad mood when we were there. The music can be heard till midnight. However, it doesn’t affect our sleep/stay.
