호텔 룸은 예상했던 것과 크게 다르지 않았어요. 다만, 다음날 제트버스 예약을 해 주겠다고 하였는데, 저희가 관광 다녀오고 나서도 예약이 되지 않은 상황이었고 결국 그로 인해 버스를 타지 못하는 일이 생겼어요.

저렴한 가격이지만 시설은 깨끗했고 잘 관리되어서 매우 편안하게 묵었습니다. 강력 추천 호텔

암만 다운타운의 중심가에 있습니다. 하셈레스토랑, 시장, 로마극장, 시타텔등을 가볍게 걸어서 다닐 수 있는 위치에 있습니다. 종업원들도 친절하고 방에 비치되어 있지않은 헤어드라이기도 부탁하니 가져다 주었습니다. 청결하고 좋은편이나, 방에 냉장고나 커피포트가 없는 것이 흠이라면 흠입니다. 비교적 적은 가격에 여행 거점으로 좋았습니다. 여행 후 예약없이 다시 갔을때 종업원이 알아보고 좋은 조건으로 좋은 방을 주어서 좋았습니다.

최고의 위치,,, 넓은 방,,, 겨울엔 약간 추워요.

スタッフはみんな親切でした。朝早くに出発することを伝えたら、朝食の前の時間だけど食べて行っていいと言ってくれたのはありがたかったです。ロケーションはハビーバやハーシェムレストランの近くで街歩きにも最適です。

Art Hotel is in the middle of downtown and close to most of the major sites. Management do very well to try and accommodate guests and we've been very pleased with the hospitality we've been shown. Its also very close to restaurants, shopping and other conveniences

Great location. Easy walking to Citadel and Rsinbow Street. Across the road from Hashem Restaurant. Great shopping area. Rooms are large. Great air conditioner. Bathroom is very old with stained tiles. Shower sprayed the bathroom. Really really noisy with constant car horns.

Breakfast was appalling. No power so there was no hot water for coffee. No explanation or apology from the staff there. Yet the staff at reception were drinking coffees they had gone out for themselves. Finally one of the guests asked for coffees for us and one of them went and got us some. Good location though and other than the breakfast it was ok

Great location

I chose to stay in this hotel in the downtown area because I wanted to checkout the local restaurants and close to the Roman Theater and the citadel. But I’m disappointed for the condition and the noise. I believe most of the hotels in downtown are generally run down and bad. For the same price range you can stay a bit further in Abdali side. Although the manager was very accommodating me to change room due to the street noise. The cars here honk constantly because there are no marking lanes on the road and you can imagine the rest.

The staff is wonderful and helpful and the decor is cool. Location very convenient for exploring downtown sights like Amphitheater and Citadel. The breakfast in the morning is not good, however, and needs to be improved.

Assolutamente sconsigliato per chi come noi è munito di auto. Il parcheggio è praticamente impossibile e molto costoso soprattutto se si resta più di un giorno. Il personale in questo non ci ha saputo dare le giuste indicazioni nei giorni prima del nostro arrivo, facendoci recare prima in reception, per poi andare insieme in un parcheggio a pagamento. Questo ha portato ad una multa nei cinque minuti in cui la nostra auto è rimasta davanti all’hotel parcheggiata (senza dare nessun fastidio alla circolazione per giunta). La camera accettabile anche se alcune cose non erano funzionanti e poco curate (es bocchettone aria del bagno). La posizione è sicuramente comoda per girare Amman a piedi. Inoltre il personale cortese nonostante l’errore di gestione, come del resto tutti i giordani che abbiamo incontrato. Però se considero tutto, camera, servizio, ecc il rapporto costo/beneficio non accettabile.

Veramente in centro, a piedi si raggiungono tutte le destinazioni più importanti. Bella camera, bel bagno. massima pulizia Colazione basica ma per tutti i gusti (anche se in Giordania hanno poche cose dolci a colazione) Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è la possibilità di mangiare il miglior cibo di Amman (Hashem, Habiba Sweets, Shahrazad)

Locatie is uitstekend en het personeel erg vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Douchecabine is erg onhandig.
