가격대비 호텔의 서비스나 방컨디션은 좋지않았습니다

1. 매니저로 보이는 두 분이 관리하시는데, 두 분 다 매우 친절하시고, 특히 한국인이라고 하니까 자기 친척이 한국인과 결혼해서 살고 있다고 하시며 반갑게 맞아 주셨습니다. JETT 버스를 타고 페트라에 점심때 쯤 도착해, 큰 배낭을 메고 다닐 수 없어 난처했는데 선뜻 짐도 맡아 주셨구요. 2. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 요르단의 많은 저가 호텔이 그렇듯 난방이 잘 되지 않고, 카드키로 작동하는 문이 좀 뻑뻑했지만 그게 신경쓰이는 점은 아니었습니다. 3. 요리사분도 친절하시고, 조식 먹으러 일찍 나온 사람이 저 밖에 없었는데 저만을 위해 1인 분 식사를 준비해 주셨어요(계란후라이까지!). 4. 그러나... 이 모든 것을 상쇄하고 1점을 줄 수 밖에 없는 이유가 있었습니다. 저는 페트라 2일 이후 와디럼에서 캠핑 1박을 할 생각이었는데, 이 호텔에서 제공하는 프로그램을 이용하고 싶다고 했더니 매니저분이 직원을 한 사람 부르더군요. ** 호텔에서 와디럼까지 미니버스 + 3시간 지프투어 + 와디럼 1박 + 점심저녁아침 + 와디럼에서 아까바까지 택시 = 180JD를 부르더군요. 저는 블로그나 론리에서 본 것과 너무 차이가 나서 80이상은 못주겠다고 했고, 택시는 필요 없고 미니버스로 가겠다고 했습니다. 점심식사는 대충 알아서 때우겠다고 했구요. 이 친구는 여기저기 전화(하는 척?)하더니 와디럼->아까바 미니버스는 겨울 시즌엔 없다고 하며 120JD까지 해주겠다고 하더군요. 무조건 거절했어야 했는데, 제가 바보였죠... 돈을 주고 나니 그 친구는 아주 싸게 해준거라면서 익스피디아와 트립어드바이저에 평을 잘 써 달라는 말까지 하더군요. 그것도 다 작전이었나 봅니다. 다음 날 아침 와디럼행 미니버스에서 만난 중국인 노부부는 4시간 지프투어+와디럼 1박+식사 = 52JD, 미국에서 온 여자분은 50USD에 했다는 이야길 하더군요. 아까바까지는 미니버스를 탈 계획이라고 하더군요. 국제적 바보가 된 기분이었습니다. 더구나 와디럼에서 1박 후 아까바까지 택시해준다는 약속은 그냥 허공에 날아가 버렸습니다. 캠프에서 주선해 준 택시를 거기서 만난 중국인 여행객들 3분과 함께 탔는데 고작 20JD. 1인 당 5JD면 아까바까지 아주 편하게 올 수 있습니다. 결론적으로, 페트라 여행을 위해 여기서 묵는 것은 좋겠지만, 절대!!! 여기서 제공하는 각종 투어 프로그램은 신청하지 마세요...

Super friendly hotel staff, nice room with good AC

Buena relación calidad-precio. A 5 min del centro de visitantes.

Buffet -dîner médiocre, petit déjeuner mauvais. Tout était rassis. Pas de wifi.

I was disappointed with the quality of the room given the price. The room was small. The breakfast was tasteless. The staff was friendly.

Staff were excellent and facilities were nice, but right off the main road with a significant amount of traffic noise all night. Room was located in a separate building across the main road. Street parking only.

We were looking for an affordable stay near Petra and this one did the job. Bed was comfortable and the front desk people were extremely helpful in organizing activities. My only complaint is that the shower and bathroom area were smaller than expected. A good option for your stay in Petra.

Yövyimme kaksi yötä Petra Sellassa vieraillessamme Petrassa / Wadi Musassa. Hotelli on keskitason varustuksiltaan: kaikki on vähän kulunutta, mutta toimii. Plussaa ehdottomasti neljännen kerroksen huoneesta, näkymä avautuu alas laaksoon kohti Petraa. Lisäksi palvelu oli ystävällistä ja vilpitöntä. Esimerkiksi ravintolan hotelli avasi meille etuajassa, kun nälkäiset matkalaiset tarvitsivat ruokaa heti 😃 Hotellilla on joka ilta buffet, joka on hinta-laatusuhteiltaan hyvä. Lisäksi aamupalabuffet on hyvä. Hotellilta on noin 30 min kävelymatka Petran turistikohteeseen. Taksin hotelli järjestää nopeasti ja se on edullinen. Miinusta heikosti toimivasta suihkusta sekä melkoisen kovasta liikenteenmelusta yöllä. Kokonaisuudessaan kuitenkin tykkäsimme ja uudelleenkin voisimme mennä, jos matka Petraan / Wadi Musaan taas vie.

This is not a 4 star hotel at all . It’s more of a 2 or 3 star max . The pictures shown on the site does not reflect the reality of the place . You can hear everything that is going on on the room next door , the TV is side ways from the bad. The shower caulking and tile is all black with mold

We stayed at this property for our recent holiday, the staff is poorly behaved and wouldn't leave any opportunity to rip you off your money. limited and poor quality breakfast and rooms are tiny as well. Plug points do not work , notea or cooffee in rooms, they provide 2 little cups of water as opposed to standard 500 ml water bottles in other hotels. and above that staff is unfriendly too which is disappointing given they are in hospitality industry, will not recommend.

the hot water has a schedule after 10pm no longer there and at 4:30am they turn it on again, the strangest thing I have seen in a hotel

Personale disponibile, stanza forse un po' piccola per 3 persone, buon buffet tipico a colazione. A 5 minuti di auto dal visitor center

The Hotel is in old condition, bathroom toilets can't fit a person in it due to its lack of space and design, old furniture, Air conditioning is in a wall unit, overall should be considered a motel 3 stars, not 4, definitely a rip off for the price I paid

Petra Sella is a great place to stay when visiting Petra. The staff were friendly and I had a great view of the city. Only downside is that WiFi didn’t work in the room.

Pretty good hotel, nice views from the room, friendly staff, about 10 minutes drive to Petra visitor centre. Good restaurant on the other side of the road. For Petra this is pretty good value for money.

We feel like this is more like a 2 stars or max 3 stars hotel instead of 4. It is an old style building with few pieces of new furnitures. We stayed there for two nights. The staffs were very nice and friendly. We even got our room upgraded as we’re on our honeymoon. The problem with the top floor panoramic room is that the windows can’t be closed completely. It was very windy and we could hear all the noise from outside. It also took hours for the heater to really warm up the room. Overall the room gave us an impression that it’s not very clean due to the stains on the bed linens and the condition of the bathroom. The breakfast was so and so, far from what you see in their photos. Dinner buffet was not good as the food was not fresh, a la carte was not too bad.
