It was a very lovely experience. The only thing I would say was that the elevators are dirty inside, and there are spots on the carpet. Otherwise, the front desk gentleman was amazing and the room was good very very noisy as we were on the freeway will not stay on that side again

The staff was over the top friendly and the rooms were spacious

Everything here was wonderful! They were very accomodatung since my husband needed a wheelchair!

Breakfast was amazing staff was SO nice and ‘social hour’ is like a little dinner and I thought that was so cool. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! Also the pool and hot tub were a hit!

Love this hotel. Surrounding area not so much. Still would stay again.

Amazing stay! Honestly better then some Las Vegas hotels I have stayed in. Everyone that I interacted with that worked there top notch.

This hotel was perfect for our family. We got the two room suite and couldn’t have been happier. From the minute we arrived, every member of the staff we encountered said hello to us and we felt welcomed. The free breakfast had many options and was a nice perk. I had no complaints about this hotel and I am extremely picky! I will stay here every time my family goes to Phoenix.

It was a great stay but Expedia’s and what I actually paid was way off

I felt this property was top notch in every way. My gf and I loved it. Irving, who checked us in was a great guy and very patient with our numerous questions. Yet all the staff were amazing overall. The gentleman handling the breakfast was a super fellow and I wish I could have caught his name. I love to converse and so did this guy so no complaints there. The young lady handling the desk later in the evening was very friendly also. I would strongly suggest this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Phoenix Metro and would definitely go back.

Extremely clean, staff were very very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again! The breakfast was amazing! So impressed! The price was perfect too!
