Nice and clean. Friendly staff.

Stopped here for my wife’s birthday, been here a couple of times and always great. Air conditioning, beds, rooms, tv and breakfast are always great.

TV won’t show the local channels and the shower floor seemed unstable. There was a replacement plate around the drain that was not secure.

The staff was great..I checked in after 10 and the young guy at the front desk was so friendly he made my entire day!!

The gentlemen at the check-in desk were super friendly. The room was just as described and everything was clean. We enjoyed our weekend trip. Even the pool and outdoor area was nice.

It was a nice day, but I did not get my room cleaned Sunday. I added an extra night and they said it was too late to get cleaned, which I did not believe.

Room 411 needs to have a/c unit checked extremely loud. Also refrigerator noisy as well.

Bed was a little hard for my taste, breakfast was ok, no eggs, just sausage

We stayed here to avoid damaging hurricane strength winds and hail predicted for our area. The room was adequately appointed, very quiet and clean. The toilet was acting up requiring two flushes to get it to work occasionally. Shower was good pressure and I liked all the supplied wall-mounted soaps and such. Bed was firm but not overly firm, and I did not feel the other person move around. Only drawback was the $75 non-refundable pet deposit that I didn’t know about since I booked through hotels.com. That is really steep for one night stay! I will have to look at other options in the future.
