The refrigerator in the room 205 is NOT working.

I like that the property is a new building, the staff is great. Is my 3rd time staying in La Quinta, just in the future I'll like to get inform if the pool facility and sauna is close for the weekend. I was really looking forward to use both with my wife. Thank you.

The place is quiet and clean. The neighborhood has restaurants and groceries, very convenient.

Facility was clean and water was hot. The facility does not have Netflix service so we could log in and watch on our account. We were there for 6 days. Watching programs with commercials is a drag.

Stayed for BMX event in MV. Great place!!

Always where I stop when passing through Burlington. I know that it will always be clean and staffed with friendly people.

It is a newer hotel that looks great from the surface but there was a lot of corners cut that made our family overnight stay not as comfortable as it should’ve been. Starting from check in with unprofessionally dressed young lady who did not make eye contact or speak clearly. Then the lack of rugs to soak up water from the pool users caused our son to slip and fall in the puddles on the tile floor as we tried to get to the elevators. Bathroom has no fan, a stark lack of towel bars and the bathroom door is angled strangely that two people cannot pass. There was a light post in the parking lot that shone very bright and directly into our 3rd story window despite the blackout curtains. Pool was small and cold. Hot tub was a decent size and perfect temperature.

Very clean room; nice decor.

Clean, nice staff. Enjoyed pool & gym. Only downsides were: window in room does not open at all one elevator out of service most of stay, when it came back in service & i used it, it stopped @ my floor but doors didn't open until i pressed floor button again & it jolted, opened, but kind of scared me

The hotel itself is nice, and everything is maintained good for the most part. However, the air conditioner in our room didn't work properly which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable for the 3 nights we stayed. When I called the front desk to report the issue finally the gal who helped at that time did not care nor provide any options to remedy the situation. Having a baby in the room with us having to endure the uncomfortable conditions was not ideal. Along with having extremely noisy neighbors our last night who slammed doors till midnight. It wasn't the most pleasant stay for the price. When checking out the front desk gal - Jessica was very nice and apologetic of the situation. But sadly, the stay had already been ruined at that point.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are nice. Good size tv and beds are decent. Nice clean and rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Great place for families with kiddos too.

Parking lot is dirty with so much trash and garbage. Pool deck is dirty. Our room’s air conditioner was broken. Other than those things, perfectly fine stay.

Policies and staff communication were very disrespectful and intolerable. I will not stay in a La Quinta again. I sent a detailed report to La Quinta.
