Excellent place to stay, it's all in the name

Good and easy parking facilities

Peaceful, slept well, would come back again, u did say there was a bath, but only shower, but still great

Good location and Cathy is an excellent host

Room was very nice and clean. The lady who welcomed me was very friendly and explained the layout and WiFi details. I have stayed here 3 times now and has always been pleasant. Highly recommended and will stay again for sure.

Always try to stay here when I'm in town

Room about the size of a broom closet! Nice lady very clean but cramped , photo deceiving

Friendly convenient

The room was very clean and accessible. it had a shared bathroom but was otherwise self contained. The hostess (Cath?) was very helpful and responsive. The building looked more residential than a hotel but did exactly what I needed it to. I'm happy to recommend it for a short stay.

We didn't get sent check in instructions prior to arrival, so they unaware we were coming, so we lucky them room was ready not booked by someone else on another site. The property, room and bathroom was very clean. However the the boiler was right next to the room and was on all night which affected out sleep, we were also not advised of any details regarding check out. Overall, not bad place for the price, but would recommend better communication from the owner and a piece of a advice to those that may book to stay here....bring ear plugs!

Had a nice nite needed for one night warm clean. Had a microwave and kettle and coffee and cereal an milk. Feeview Tv and a nice shower definitely worth the money can’t moan 😊

A great place to stay. Quite clean and plenty of options for breakfast. Being given the code to the key box prior to arrival would make it a lot easier for checking in.

Lovely place nd Lisa is a wonderful person

Bad smells from kitchen...few amenities...dirty toilet...no breakfast plan... OK matron... Worst lodging I've encountered in UK...VERY basic! Wiukd NOT stay there again...

What a great place,, I cannot fault anything about it, clean tidy well maintained, friendly staff, great facilities would recommend this place without hesitation
