Friendly staff. Convenient location to many area attractions.

L'hôtel était très bien, bien situé, chambres fonctionnelles. Seul bémol : très bruyant même la nuit, et le petit déjeuner était limité en choix.

Didn’t get into rooms until 3:50 and 4:20 when check in is at 3. They gave our room to someone else and our card was deactivated and other people were in the room. I would never go back to this hotel ever again

I would have given a higher rating but both days i stayed the alarm went of early. Apparently something burning on the kitchen. The second time fire trucks came.

The hotel was really nice and especially with the rooms and staff was very nice but the one thing I have to complain about is we got there at 3 exactly the time we were supposed to check in at and the room wasn't clean or done we waited an hour after our check in time was supposed to be because it wasn't ready. We also thought was annoying was them charging us 25 dollar fee and having to wait for it to go back into our accounts after our trip because they need to hold it which was kinda stupid.

I checked into a double bed room and the staff was very friendly. When I got to the room the beds had what appeared to be grass and hair throughout both beds in the rooms as well as some stains on the sheets and pillows. The shower also didn’t look very clean. I went downstairs to notify the staff and they were very nice about it and gave me a new room immediately. I noticed the shower was also not clean in this room and a few hairs on one of the beds but not the other.

Stayed 1 night on road trip with family. What we liked: proximity to major roads, breakfast, staff, overall comfort and cleanliness.

Stay was good for a 1 night quick trip, but coclraoch in the bathroom. Didnt like the cheap feel of the room being small with no bemch / table or desk to eat at. Pool was ok but the rambunctious group of highschoolers made it hard for my kids to swim age 4/6.

I bring my granddaughter to Lancaster every year to do a bit of school shopping. This was our first stay at AVID in Lancaster, and certainly will not be the last! The staff was courteous and well versed in their job. Everything was top notch, our room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, offered just the right selection. And the coffee was, without a doubt, OUT OF THIS WORLD; the best hotel coffee I've ever had! Stay here with confidence.

I reserved a room at this hotel through Expedia, but the lady who checked me in signed me up as an IHG member using my phone number and email without my permission. I informed her that she should not use my personal information without my consent. She impatiently denied doing so, but she was the only one who asked for my phone number and email for the receipt.

It was good. Very clean and comfortable.

We originally booked to stay elsewhere but, on our arrival, we were told we didn't have a reservation, and they were sold out. We happened to stumble on the AVID and we are very happy that we did. The stay was excellent, the staff were amazing, it was clean, all around a great choice. We will be staying there again when we come back to Lancaster.

Been here many times, and never have had any complaints. Clean rooms, free drinks 24/7, great free breakfast, friendly staff, etc

The Hotel and the room were very nice. You can tell the room had not been used in awhile. The dust buildup was bad, the shower had dried conditioner on the wall, the bathroom sink had a layer of dust and at first our air was acting up. My husband pulled the filters out and they were filthy. After he cleaned them it worked fine. Make sure the housekeeping staff goea over that before someone checks in. The free breakfast was nice, the gym is really nice and my kids liked the pool. Would definitely stay here again.
