Checking was easy. Room is clean

I had a great experience staying here. Staff was amazing! Miss Joann made my family feel very welcomed! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very nice facility and so much to do in the area! The staff were phenomenal! Dee and Jeremy were accommodating and helpful in rectifying a situation with us needing an extra bed in our room. We were in town for my brother’s graduation from basic combat training. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you guys so much!

Great breakfast and friendly staff!

Lights were flickering in the rooms. TV did not work. Toilets did not flush properly. Staff were friendly.

Don't eat at the Shoneys near the hotel.

The staff were super nice and helpful. Peg was handling the breakfast area and she was wonderful. The breakfast here was some of the best meals we had while in the area.

Close to everything. Clean and good breakfast

This place is close to dining,grocery stores and everything in between. I felt right at home staying here and there breakfast is good as well.

The property Condition

Room was very nice and big! We had no problem sleeping in this room with 6 people (2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa). The beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was good as well. The outdoor pool looked nice, but it closed at 8, so we were unable to go in it. The area around it was okay. I felt safe leaving my car there and walking to and from it, however, not safe enough to let my teens walk outside the hotel perimiter on their own. I would stay again at this hotel 100

The room was nice . Overall service was good . Peggy was very helpful and kind. The room was a good sized room . On the expensive side though . I requested towels a few times and then finally decided to go to the desk bc no one responded . Overall hot was a decent place to stay . The traffics in the area was heavy so it was a little loud at night with sirens and cars .

Really liked the set up in the suite which included microwave and dishwasher. Ideal for a family stay. Breakfast included was an added bonus. Would recommend.

This was a nice place. Close and convenient to Ft. Jackson for my sons basic graduation

Never been to South Carolina and chose this location on how close it was to Ft.Jackson AFB and the hotel was very clean and the customer service was EXCELLENT!! The room was very clean and had a small kitchen with refrigerator which was nice that we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. We will be staying here again.

Great place to stay while visiting Congaree National Park. Nice staff and quick and easy breakfast. We loved the hotel cats.

Easy to get to off the interstate. Had plenty of dining options nearby. We were only passing through for one night, but it exceeded our expectations. It would be perfect for a longer stay.

Sink was dirty

Was very noisy. Breakfast was old.
