Very bad after booking no room available at mid night timing for hotel

Friendly staff, nice play to stay in the heart of the city! Everything is nearby from here

Disgusting hotel. Too many mosquitos. All broken furniture and dirty disgusting bed, pillows with stain and hair on it. The receptionist needs to be made aware of personal hygiene issues.
