This is a new property which is barely 4 months old and I like that it is designed to maximize space. If you like only a place to spend the night, this is the best value for your money. A big plus is the presence of laundry facilities. The drawbacks are; there is no parking space, no restaurant and convenience store or no restaurant and convenience store nearby. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.
