I only stayed one night in room 16. Room needs updates, badly. Sink was clogged. I wouldnt stay here again.

Overall the place was a cute place to stay for a few days. Maybe more much more duitanle t h as n a hotel as lthough i prefer airbnb. However it was enjoyable relaxing TVS IN ROOM NEED TO BE UP TO DATE DIDNT PLAY GOOD FOR GUESS TO WATCH THST NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED, AND TRASH SHOULD BE DUMP DAILY OTHER THAN THAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

I like the staff snd cleanliness of perty however they need work on TV while television is on to watch you can barely see whats going on. Food was good i would bring prices slighty down depending among meal. Overall I enjoyed definitely will recommend and come back my self

Excellent place

So pleased I had my booking details with me, because they didn't seem to be expecting us! Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Pool area peaceful and pretty. Asked for coffee, which took forever to prepare. Check out time states "Check-out before 11:00 AM" but they were asking for keys back way before this time.

The hotel, though comfortable needs to be updated. The room was spacious and comfortable yet it needed to be more modern in appearance. The tv/ cable needs a lot of work. If you want guests to be comfortable its the little things that count! I will stay again!

Next time the preparation of the must be a bit faster. They told us half an hour lead up to over an hour

This facility is not well maintained. It needs to be fixed and painted.

You never gonna find Verner hotel. Not you not your cab driver. GPS doesn't work there. Im old school i ask local people and the help me. Hotel is 30 minutes walking from Hip streep bur its on the slope and hard to walk there. Hotel is ok itself. I payed $80 i think it is overpriced even in high season.

The property was decent once I actually found it. Was a little frustrated at first due to the address on the Expedia now taking to directly to the property. the receptionist was extremely nice and so was the other staff. I only stayed one night due to other bookings I had arranged but my family enjoyed it. They serve food on sight as well. The number online does not work, the property number is 876-952-8628. Not into lengthy reviews but I want to save future headaches. Overall decent stay and really nice staff. Had to revise review due to naming a staff which was exceptionally nice to me.
