전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Futuro Bishkek

방이 아주 편안하고 깨끗하게 꾸며져 있고 직윈이 친절하고 아침도 맛있어요

가격대비 좋은 호텔 입니다. 가지수가 많지는 않지만 내 개인적인 취향 달지 않고 담백한 음식이 좋았습니다. 다소 좁긴 했지만 문제가 되지는 않았어요. 시내와는 조금 거리가 있지만 비슈케크가 작은 도시다 보니 그것도 괸찮았어요. 다시갈 의향이 있습니다.

지금까지 약 40개국을 여행했는데 시설, 스태프 모든 부분이 TOP5 안에 들 정도로 정말 좋은 곳이었어요. 호텔 근처에 도보 5분 거리에 큰 마트와 은행이 있고, 시내까지 2달러 정도 지불하고 택시타고 갈 수 있어요. 결벽증이 있나 싶을 정도로 방과 화장실이 너무나 깔끔했어요. 스태프는 항상 친절하고 따뜻한 차와 커피를 주었고, 아침식사 또한 너무 훌륭했습니다. 새벽 비행기라 얼리 체크아웃을 했는데 체크아웃 시간에 맞춰 아침식사를 방까지 가져다주었고, 알람콜까지 해주셨습니다. 키르기스스탄에 또 간다면 무조건 다시 여기 묵을 겁니다.

가격 대비 훌륭합니다. 아담하고 중앙에서 조금 떨어져 있긴 하지만 비쉬케크 관광에 전혀 문제 없습니다.

hotel worker can speak english clearly they called taxi for go to airport very clean and cheap price but little far from center(by taxi 10 min) but very came location free morning meal and 24 hours free food bar(tea coffee light bread with tea) lather i will vist that place againand highly recommend

We accidentally booked our room for the wrong day and didn’t realize it until after the booked day had passed, they very kindly worked with us on a solution and were very helpful. We stay here every time we are in Bishkek!

Hôtel au calme.. bien appréciable à bishkek... Mais à proximité du centre moyennant un peu de marche.mais préférable à certains autres qui sont en plein centre ville avec tout ce qui va avec Chambres très confortables petit déj inclus et un personnel très sympa...

Temiz bir otel personeller çok ilgili. Ücretsiz her saat kahve,çay,su imkanı sunuyorlar. Türkçe bilen personelleri var. Şehir merkezine uzak sayılmaz yakınlarından otobüsler geçiyor. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Nice place but quite far away from main part of the city. Walls were so thin that you could hear everything from reception area downstairs. Guy at reception was a bit rude.

Don't let the non-central location put you off. It's a very clear and well cared hotel. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is awesome. My room is spacious and quite. The bed is very comfortable and huge. The restroom is a little small but gets the job done. There is a supermarket nearby, and many restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. The western standard room alone is good for me.

It was exellent locatıon and accomodatıon

Right from the get-go when we were welcomed by the friendliness and professionalism of Dmitrii, who was on reception, we knew that this was going to be an enjoyable stay. The tea, coffee and tray bakes made available to us as we waited to check in was a nice touch, and Dmitrii’s ability to deal satisfactorily with our queries about the area and advice on what to do was exemplary. All hotels should have a Dmitrii on their staff: nothing was too much trouble to him. He really is a credit to the Futuro and his service with a smile cannot be faulted in any way. That’s no slight to Sergei and Ainagul, who were helpful in finalising our day’s outing and in arranging our taxi to the airport. I don’t think I’ve encountered staff so cheerfully customer-focused before, and they, together with the efforts of the cooking and cleaning staff, helped to make this possibly one of the very best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The rooms were clean with everything we needed; the breakfast was varied and delicious; and, in short, the facilities offered were second to none. All in all, the Futuro is a hard place to fault, and is definitely on our to-stay list when we return to Bishkek next year.

Pros: Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed and nice size room. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and very responsive. Cons: air conditioner made some weird noises throughout the night. The hotel is pretty far from the city center.

Enjoyed my stay at Futuro. Stayed 4 nights. Clean and modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Location was a bit out of the way but I like walking so I got used to it. The supermarket right next door was really convenient though.

Every element of the stay was perfect, and especially the attitude of staff. They were truly attentive, caring, proactive in their desire to accommodate the needs and wishes. A very nice touch is 24h availability of tea/coffee and snacks. Breakfast was tasty and appropriately diverse for the size of the hotel. Really nothing negative or mediocre to point out. I wish big brand hotels would be like that. Relative remoteness from the city centre is easily compensated by the more affordable price than of the central hotels. And taxis are cheap and readily available.
