자유광장에서 출발하는 현지투어 미팅장소와 가깝고 새벽 공항에서 안전하게 이동할 수 있는 공항트랜스퍼가 유료로 제공되면서 숙박후기도 평점 9.0 이상인 부티크호텔이라 예약하였다. Volt택시비보다 많이 비싼 공항 트랜스퍼 비용(왕복 240 Gel)이었으나 공항에서 입국장에서내 이름을 들고 기사가 대기하고 특히 한밤중 귀국길에는 좋은 승용차로 편안하고 안전하게 공항까지 데려다 주어 안전이 중요한 노부부에게 적합한 서비스였다. 호텔위치가 old Tblisi에 있어 주변 관광지와 맛집에 가깝고 숙박시설도 깨끗하고 특히 옥상 테라스는 낮에는 시원하게 그늘막이 있고 밤에 야경이 아름다워 최고의 장소이었다. 다시 Tblish를 가게 되면 꼭 이용하고 싶은 좋은 호텔이다~!!

24 hours reception. Very helpful staff. Rooms are clean and recently renovated. The only minus we saw some ants in the suite. And excellent location.

Our room was on the front of the hotel, 2nd floor across from a church. The room was well appointed and clean, the staff was attentive and very friendly. Hotel is on a quiet street for the most part, with lovely amenities close by. The stray dogs are a part of Tbilisi and sometimes barking cannot be avoided. We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the bed was.

Friendly greeting at the door and helped with our luggage. Quick and easy check in. Welcoming lobby. Close to lots of food and shopping. The room is tastefully decorated and so comfortable. Everything we need. We had the panoramic view room (#18). And he room was nice and warm for a January winter stay.

Bra läge, trevlig personal. Väldigt lyhört då man hörde andra hotell gäster prata, elementet verkat fastnat och var konstant skållhet och rummet kändes konstant som en bastu. Annars helt okej hotell.

All of the above and very central to get around by Metro and airport bus is 3 mins walk.

Gerçekten korkunç bir otel deneyimi oldu ilk günden beri klima ve odadaki petek çalışmıyordu ve konaklamamız 30 ekim tarihinde haliyle hava soğuktu ilk gece sorun etmeden sabahında söyledik 2.gece otele geldiğimizde çözüm sağlanmamıştı. Israrla peteğe yarın bakılacağı ve klimayı kullanmamız söylendi ama klimanın çalışmadığını söylememize rağmen odaya gelip kontrol sağlanması çok uzun sürdü. Çalışmadığı görüldüğünde ise bir çözüm sunulmadı. Oda değişimi yapılmadı bir telafi çabası yoktu. Soğuk olduğunu ve 2 gündür üşüdüğümü belirtince başka bir personel çağrıldı ve kalorifer peteğine bakılarak yapıldı. Fakat bu işlem neden gün içinde yapılmadı ve biz ısrar etmesek hiç yapılmayacaktı anlamıyorum. Odada bir bebek olsa büyük sorun olurdu. 3.gün odaya geldiğimizde odada böcek vardı ve resepsiyonu aradık gelen kişi böceği öldürüp camdan gelmiştir dedi ve hemen ardından bir böcek daha görüp kendimiz öldürdük çöpü dışarı attık ve tekrar böcek gördüğümüzü çöpü almalarını söyledik. Camdan böcek girmesi normaldir ama bu durum için bir ilaçlama yapılmalı bir telafi ve çözüm çabası olmalı tüm gece odada rahatsız uyudum böcek fobim olduğunu düşünemiyorum. Tüm bunlardan sonra gece lavaboya girdim ve sular akmıyordu. Resepsiyonu aradım dönen olmadı, mecburen inip baktım ve kimse yoktu. Bir otelde kışın ısıtma araçlarının çalışmaması suların kesilmesi ve böcek olması kabul edilemez durumlar. Otele karşı ilk izlenimim iyi karşılama ve temiz duruyordu ama tüm bunlardan sonra bu fikre uzağım.

The hotel was really nice. The staff was friendly, especially one employee in particular, Giorgi (sorry, if i misspell the name) — he gave us so many recommendations, always took the time to chat with us, and was overall very very kind to us. The rooms were also clean and tidy, really happy about that aspect. The rooms by themselves were a bit too small for two people tbh, because we couldn’t even properly fit our suitcase in there but it wasn’t the end of the world and it was fine for a week of our stay. We never got the breakfast at the hotel, so cannot share anything about it, unfortunately. The area around the hotel is very walkable, there are lots of restaurants around, and it’s close to Liberty Square and old town. All in all, would recommend.

Çalışanlar ve özellikle resepsiyonda çalışan centilmen Giorgi mükemmeller. Otel lokasyonu çok iyi Özgürlük Meydanı yanında hemen. Ayrıca otelden çıkıp sağa doğru yürüyerek 15 dakikada Mother of Georgia’ya ulaşabiliyorsunuz yaya olarak ( o yol üzerinde teresı olan kafe ve restoranlar da var ). Ülke güzel, şehir güzel, yemekleri güzel ve otelle çalışanları da öyle

Would really like to thank the staff. Extremely kind and hospitable. Location is close to everything, but what makes it special is the men and women who work here. My son and I loved it here, miss this hotel, and will be back. Thank you for a wonderful establishment.
