They don’t speak English. Kept saying no English....

객실이 깔끔하게 잘 정돈되 있었고 직원분들도 전부 친절하셨어요.. 단지 밤에는 너무 건조해서 목이 마니 불편했다는점

We had a very pleasant two day stay at this hotel right in the center of Chisinau. The hotel is located very well in a quiet pedestrian street, just a minute walking from the main square. Our (business) room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was ok, but could do with some more choice of food.

Clean, comfortable, cozy room. Great location in the heart of the city. Friendly staff. Very good service.

The location on the Eugen Doga pietonala was amazing and the proximity to the Stefan cel Mare Park was incredible. However, the front desk agents were rude and dismissive. The minibar in the room was stuffed with drinks and candy that was not needed, since we needed to refrigerate for our own things and had no space. No need for the overpriced stuff to be placed in the mini fridge. The expandable sofa was rough and not comfortable at all; it gave me backaches. I only recommend staying for the location.

we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Its right in the central pedestrian zone.

ナスレテア大聖堂から徒歩3分。深夜のチェックインでしたが問題ありませんでした。市の中心部に観光スポットが集中している為、良い立地です。朝食は7時半からでした。

I had a business room and this was clean and big. Housekeeping is done daily. The location is in the city center, with many restaurants nearby. The quality of the breakfast is not so good and not diversified.

5* for lady in the reception

Hotel in posizione eccezionale al centro della città, moderno e funzionale. Manca una hall e questo può essere un problema in alcune situazioni. Buono il breakfast a buffet nel ristorante annesso. Esoso il prezzo del transfer dall'aeroporto.

Was offended by sexual harrasement from one of hotel staff and would ask hotels.com help for legal actions

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Only thing is it says it has parking but you have to find your own parking, there are private car parks nearby though.

Very good option downtown Chisinau

4 günlük bir konaklama yaptık temizlik olarak çok ilgililerdi. Ama bir şişe su bile ekstra ücretli, otelin günlük olarak oda başına 2 şişe su vermesi gerekirken biz 1 tane içtik diye ekstra ücret ödedik. Onun dışında tam şehir merkezinde her yere çok yakın bir otel. Fiyatı da gayet uygun tavsiye ederim. Her yere yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz.

Nice location, friendly staff, comfort rooms. Breakfast in restaurant downstairs can be much better, cold eggs, dirty spoons and knives, very poor assortment, not friendly waiter. All extra drinks like mineral water, cappuccino are very expensive. Last time I prepared a breakfast but receive very poor breaks fast pack because there was not so many other clients on that morning and restaurant decided not to open breakfast. For price of breakfast you can have some quit great morning meal In restaurants around hotel.
