Clean room and staff warmliness

Very conveniently located at A1 and near shopping mall. Large room and bathroom with all necessary comfort. Restaurant is not very attractive but the food was good and staff was very friendly.

Clean Rooms, great location just as you enter Francis Town.

Fairly good place

Great place to stay while in Francistown. Not far from the bus rank and shopping centers. My only concern was that my booking was not reflecting on their system and i had to wait while they searched for it. Otherwise everything was great.

Excellent stay especially the check. Gentleman at the reception was very friendly and helpful

I like the service of the porter. They made me feel at home.

The food, no variety and not appetizing

The hotel had a power power problem which left the rooms and restaurant in the dark for a few hours. Power did not come on until after I went to sleep and then BANG lights came on aircon on and I was now awake. When asked, the front desk gave a basic brush off saying a few minutes which turned into hours. This was a issue for the Cresta hotel as the hotel and casino across the street had power. A flashlight would have been useful.

If you appreciate flowers, trees, and ambiance you will love this hotel. We came in at night and were surprised just how gorgeous the grounds were in daylight. We had a delicious breakfast, and then couldn't wait to get outside, sit by the pool, and get some work done on our computers.

The hotel rooms are very nice, however the food options are quite limited. In addition, it would be great if the hotel gets more staff to address the slow services provided when you check in and ordering food from the restaurant

Loved the cleanliness and the front office efficiency. Did not like room service staff knocking out door at 10:30 pm to bring us a fruit basket and opening our door before we answered her knock. However the restaurant manager Ludp was very apologetic about it & said she rallied to the staff member who had done so.

Room was ok but windows had no screens snd door no guard so bug got in. Restaurant meals just ok. Rooms better than other higher rated Francistown hotel

I find that the Cresta group of hotels are ideal for a business trip, more private than a B&B & all the smaller details are taken care of. I will continue to use Cresta Hotels. Simon Rhodes. Coleman Tunnelling Africa. Johannesburg. RSA.

Wifi is not stable. Some rooms will not have good reception and wifi keeps dropping. Some rooms (like mine on second floor) face the back of the mall and the garbage disposal and odours are noticeable.
