I was locked out of the property. I need my refund. I informed the owner yesterday sept 24 that my flight arrives at 8:30 pm. I got to the property at 8:38pm and there was no one. I ran the doorbell m, knocked called and no one responded. Fortunately the taxi operator waited and took me to another property not to have me out in the cold

The attendant was rude and loud. We stayed here because we missed a flight and she came knocking on the door multiple times to ask if we found a flight. She also told us that we need to get data on our phones because she is will cut off the WIFI. She also had poor personal hygiene.

This hotel was just convenient but I won’t stay here again. I got to the hotel and provided my booking details and I was told they got no booking for myself but after checking they found it. I got to the room and it wasn’t what I was expecting :( the tv was so far in a corner etc

Accueil antipathique. Petit déjeuner non fourni contrairement au descriptif, aucune possibilité de restauration à proximité, on m’a fait livrer un plat KFC. Robinetterie hors d’âge mal entretenue, évacuation de la douche bouchée avec un gros cadavre de cafard. Propreté générale douteuse. Climatiseur très froid orienté directement sur le lit, réglages en panne donc peu utilisable. Wifi correct. Escale calamiteuse, à fuir.

Anfrition horrible, poco transporte y lugar sin comodidades

Host is terribly and unnecessarily rude to us and the persons responsible for dropping us there and making sure we’re okay and settled. One of us was feeling ill and needed some hot tea after a long day of travelling and she refused to give us hot water.

The owner charge additional for the reservation. I'd already paid reservation with Expedia but Owner claim for an aditional payment.

It need be more attention

Bad service

Property was adequate for my overnight transit. 3mins or so drive from the airport. Wifi connection was good, A/C in the room, I felt safe and I had a quite pleasant restful night sleep. Owner was there to check me in and kindly arranged my airport taxi for me the following morning. I would stay there again for transit stay.

The check in lady was nice. The room is not as up to date but it served my purpose . I needed a save place to lay my head. They had a sheet . No blanket on the bed. I would book again. It’s basic but comfortable.

Near transportation and near the airport

Ms. Maureen was absolutely lovely. Like stepping back in time 1980s with furniture but clean and simple. Location was great, just a few minutes from the airport and easy to find. Definitely next place for future visits!!

The landlord is trying her best, thinks she need extra hand for a better upkeep of the property, rooms need a serious upgrade

Window didn’t even have a glass and we could hear traffic all night. Bathrooms were never cleaned and were terribly dirty. Door mats were full of dirt. There were tissue papers, used soap bar, left over pea nuts from the previous guest. Very bad experience.

What we liked was the location close to the airport. Maureen was very nice. One towel for two people, no blankets, one paper cup for two people. We were probably charged too much for a taxi to the airport. $25 US for about a 7 minute ride.

Not a studio but a dingy room

Mycket smutsig lägenhet , badrum och kök onödigt smutsigt.Tror ingen torkat bänkar el handfat på mycket länge. Heltäckningsmatta väldigt smutsig. Har inte inte dammsugits sen länge. Otillgänglig avstånd till flygplats och service , det går inte att gå med resväskor hit. Mycket bullrigt Inn med tungt trafikerad väg utanför fönster. Damen som driver stället otrevlig. Man kände sej som man var i vägen och ovälkommen. Hon tog en extra avgift på 9 US dollar för skatt till Barbados . Det hade jag inte fått information om och tveksamt om det var korrekt. AC var skönt.
