위치는 괜찮았고, 출장으로 갔기 때문에 크게 문제될 건 없었습니다. 침대는 킹사이즈 침대로 광고되어 있고 3명이 잘 수 있는데, 현실은 그렇지 않습니다. 전날 밤 직원들에게 주차에 대해 문의했더니, 주차 구역에 주차하면 요금을 내야 하고 호텔 바로 앞에 주차하면 무료라고 했습니다. 다음 날 소환장에 도착했는데, 직원들이 들이대면 탓만 합니다. 서비스도 시설도 전혀 없고, 직원들 표정이 너무 침울해서 웃는 법을 배워야 할 것 같습니다.

위치는 아주 좋지만 방의 방음은 주요 도로를 바라보는 방이라 업그레이드가 필요할 듯합니다. 정말 최악입니다. 그 외에는 이 호텔에 대한 문제점을 더 이상 찾을 수 없습니다. 🤔 😐

Evironment is very good, opposite street has nice food.

It is a very stylish hotel, clean and hygienic. Super recommended for first time travelers to the city, but also suitable for couples. The price is very good in the off-season. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around, which is super convenient. I would choose this hotel again next time.

The accommodation was clean and comfy. However, the rooms do not include fridge and the use of reusable metal bottles to refill water in the lobby is not very hygienic.

Clean, friendly hotel staff, do note that deposit of 50RM is needed during check in.

I stayed in the family junior suite. It 's clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a very convenient location of pelangi. Will I go to atelier again? Probably not. There 's no cupboard or safe or indoor slippers. The bathroom floor will also get wet because there 's no shower curtain or door. There is no mirror in the room, only in the toilet, making it extremely inconvenient to do my skincare and makeup when the shower has misted the mirror in the bathroom.

Stayed here for a lot of times, affordable; clean; good. Only bad thing is that the room that is near to the KTV building beside would suffer from the KTV noise till 3-4am. Sadly, during this trip, mine was one of them.

Great space, similar to what 's shown on the photos. Convenient location, less than 15mins drive away from the causeway, with plenty of dining options (cafes, coffee shops, supper spots), karaoke and massage nearby. Super appreciative of the staff who reached out to me via WhatsApp even before I realise I left my belongings in the room, after check out. Kudos!

Very clean hotel. Loved my stay here. Only prob was, no power point to charge my stuff.

Air con was not cold at all despite adjusting the fan speed and lowering of temperature. Sound barrier not really good as at night can hear people singing karaoke.

Tidy and clean. But towel can change to new as already dirty and broken. Near karaoke centre? Quite noise. No parking area, need to pay parking coupons.

"Please be good to their staff" there got a statement on the counter, I hope the staff can be good to the customer before the customer be good to the staff. - My IC almost forgot to return by their staff as same as one of the review customer. - Very bad sound proof. - Go green for reusable bottles instead of mineral water. However, the water filter seem like no services and hot water at G level got issue.

The hotel is quite clean and nicely designed. The toilet was a bit small even for a junior suite. Suggest to change the hair dryer as it is very weak and can barely dry anything. Hotel staff should be more considerate when opening and closing the door to the staff room. Stayed on level 3 and got woken up a few times by the slamming of the door. Overall a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

Stayed at room 101, Everything about the room was as usual. However this time round, my room was very near to the side building, there is a ktv lounge or pub beside. On going loud singing till 3 + 4am and lots of screaming. Didn't had a good night sleep due to the noise.

Pleasant stay in this fancy but budget boutique hotel! I checked in pretty late, almost 12am and there 's someone there to check me in. I love the shower, the bed, and lights that are brightly lit and most important of all, a quiet good sleep! I didn't drive there knowing the parking space is an issue.
