깔끔하고 너무 좋으나 방이 너무 작습니다…

아토차역에서 도보거리이며 시내관광은 대중교통이용시 불편하지 않음. 가성비 좋은 호텔로 다시 방문시 투숙의향 있읍니다

욕실이 너무작아서 씻기가 불편했던것외엔 괜찮았던것같아요.하지만 가성비는별로…

우선 아토차역과 200-300m밖에 떨어져 있지 않은 입지조건이 매우 매력적입니다. 방도 공간을 잘 활용해서 널찍하게 활용하기 좋고 전반적으로 만족스럽습니다.

The rooms are small and simple but have everything needed, especially for a shorter stay. The auto check-in was easy and the next day when I interacted with staff, they were very friendly and helpful. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Muy bien todo, en una ubicación cercana al tren de Atocha

Bien ubicado, a 10 minutos de la estación de Atocha. Bien comunicado. Acceso al edificio y a la habitación mediante códigos. Se ponen en contacto mediante mensaje para dar las indicaciones y son muy claras, cosa que se agradece. La recepción está de 9 a 17h, el personal es amable, sobre todo la chica. En la misma recepción hay una máquina de bebidas. Agua fría 1€. La habitación y el cuarto de baño son bonitos. En el baño hay champú, gel y jabón de manos. Ducha con mampara, cabezal de ducha (alcachofa) fijo en lo alto y otro movible. Hay una pequeña mesa con bolsitas de té, azúcar, palitos y servilletas y un hervidor de agua. Tiene aparato de aire acondicionado y televisión colgada en la pared que se puede mover. No hay armarios ni cajones. Disponen de unas 4 perchas que van bien para ropa pequeña tipo ropa interior, pantalones y /o faldas cirtas...,pero para ropa larga toca con la cala fuerte que hay debajo. Esta descripción corresponde con la habitación 122, no se si el resto son iguales. En los alrededores hay tiendas y bares (supermercado Dia, farmacias, etc)

Habitación limpia. Localización genial porque se puede llegar andando desde la estación de atocha. El baño es pequeño pero nos apañamos.

Compact rooms with all necessary facilities.

I had to give it a one, even though the hotel is very nice and the staff is very nice. If you are going to arrive after 5 o’clock, do not stay at this hotel. I arrived at 5:05 and they never sent me the entry codes. There’s no way to contact anyone. There is no way to get a refund. I was on my way to find another hotel when by accident a manager was walking by and saw me on the sidewalk. You cannot check in to this hotel after 5 o’clock. End of story. Very upsetting.

Ubicación ideal a 3 cuadras de la estación Atocha del tren, 2 cuadras del muro Reina Sofía y a 20 minutos caminando tanto al Museo del Prado como a Puerta del Sol

Ya sé que es caro dormir en Madrid, pero... hay establecimientos que deberían hacérselo mirar. Felicidades al departamento de imagen del hostal por las super fotos que tienen colgadas.

Pequeña habitación, muy limpia y con buen baño. Cercana a la estación de Atocha. Muy amables. Perfecta para un par de noches.

I love this place!! It is close to so many places and my daughter who studied abroad was only 15 minute walking distance. The metro, the bus, and many places to go eat are a walking distance. Although the room was small, I enjoyed the beautiful view of the restaurant which was right by my window. The room included a water kettle and they provide coffee and tea to prepare. The shower head was nice and wide. The room also included a safety box. The cleaning ladies are so nice and polite. The front desk staff had a wonderful positive attitude and always greeted me with a pleasant smile! I've stayed here twice this year. So, if you enjoy peace and quiet, this is the place you might want to try out. I hope to return soon! Thank you staff for being kind and attentive. I will miss Madrid, 🇪🇸.
