전체 평가 및 리뷰 Indie Hotel Kuala Lumpur

방은 꽤 작지만 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 위치도 중심업무지구까지 걸어갈 수 있을 만큼 아주 좋았습니다. 가격도 저렴해서 추천합니다!

4박을 했습니다. 욕실은 좋습니다. 에어컨은 훌륭합니다(중요합니다!)

에어컨이 제대로 작동하지 않았고, 차갑지 않았고 한 시간 만에 두 번이나 꺼졌습니다. 직원에게 방을 확인하고 바꿔 달라고 부탁했지만, 만실이라 스탠드형 선풍기를 제공할 수 있다고 했습니다. 하지만 정말 너무 더웠습니다(선풍기를 요청하지 않았습니다). 그래서 다른 호텔로 체크아웃했지만 온라인 예약과 RM20의 주차장 티켓 때문에 환불이 불가능했습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 이는 호텔 문제였고, 절반 환불을 요청했지만 그럴 수 없었고, 호텔 내에 레스토랑/시설이 없지만, 잘란 알로르까지 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 음식을 많이 찾을 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 머물기 좋은 곳이 아닙니다.

4성급 호텔인 줄 알았는데, 3성급이나 저예산 호텔에 가깝습니다. 시설은 완벽했지만 미니바/냉각기가 작동하지 않았습니다(차가운 것도 아닙니다). 직원에게 전화했지만 고치려고 하지도 않았습니다. 직원들은 전혀 친절하지 않았습니다. 2박을 묵고 방 청소를 부탁했지만 수건은 여전히 2일째에 새 수건을 주지 않았습니다.

그날 방을 예약했는데, 하룻밤 묵지 않고 체크아웃했습니다. 호텔 복도가 어두웠고, 방 앞에는 불이 없었고, 방은 뒤쪽(B동)에 있었습니다. 방의 불빛도 계속 깜빡였습니다. 리셉셔니스트에게 A동 방으로 바꿔 달라고 부탁했지만, 복도는 여전히 어두워서 그냥 체크아웃했습니다.

방의 장식이 마음에 들어요. 카펫에서 곰팡내가 나요. 변기를 닫으면 이상한 냄새가 나요. 객실 슬리퍼가 제공되지 않아요.

이 호텔에 머물렀던 건 좋은 경험이었고, 방은 깨끗하고, 아늑하고, 편안했고, 분위기는 차분했습니다. 이 호텔은 쿠알라룸푸르 타워, 페탈링 거리, 잘란 알로르, 파빌리온 부킷 팅기의 중앙에 위치해 있습니다. 모든 위치는 호텔에서 도보로 불과 10-15분(1km) 떨어져 있습니다. 조명이 다른 곳에 비해 덜 적절하지만 이 거리는 걸어도 안전합니다. 추천하며 이 호텔에 다시 머물 것입니다.

It was OK, just wished the towels are cleaner and mini fridge is cold enough to store drinks.

Bad ventilation and musty smell.

Posisi kamar kemarin kurang bagus, dapat di bagian menghadap belakang hotel dan paling ujung serta lantai bawah. Akan lebih menyenangkan jika mendapat yang menghadap jalan dan di lantai atas. Letak hotel lumayan dekat dengan Jalan Alor.

Location is great it 's inside the bubble but without the premium rates. The rooms are big, modern, you can open the door and breath the fresh air. Aircon and bathroom excellent. A great grounded location on a green leafy street. Flag a taxi if you don't want the short walk to the centre.

Staff ramah. Hotel dari luar biasa saja. Tapi kamarnya bagus. Konsep agak berbeda dari hotel biasanya. Dari balkon terdengar suara burung berkicau di pagi hari. Agak jauh dari Bukit Bintang. Jalan kaki sekitar 15-20 menit.

I love to stay here because the room is so spacious, the shower is so god, and the price is affordable. The location is strategic, there is minimart and cafe near hotel. It is not that close to bukit bintang, but you can still walk to go there if you want.

Reseptionist ramah sekali, kamar bagus, bersih, AC dingin. Lokasi strategis juga. Namun jalan kaki sekitar 20 menit ke Pavillion Bukit Bintang. Overall semua bagus. Next time saya akan menginap di sini lagi.

Love the hotel! The only thing need to be improved is the parking, it 's limited and the fee was quite expensive. Maybe the hotel could consider lessen it? Thanks!

Kamarnya bersih, cukup luas. Enak, nyaman. Cuma AC nya gak dingin, fan di kamar mandi ga nyala jadi berasa panas dan pengap. Lainnya ga ada keluhan. Mau ke Bukit Tinggi jalan kaki masih oke kok, ga terlalu jauh.

Hotelnya bersih, nyaman dan menyenangkan.

Nice hotel for staycation and short trip but couple of short fall can be improved. Pros.-Very strategic location, you can enjoy the convenience of KLCC, pavilion and attractions surrounded by the hotel, near enough to arrive within 10mins if smooth traffic condition.-Urban styles room, very neat with well planned room spaces with good quality appliances were provided.-Toilet is clean, bottled shampoo and basic gromming kit is provided.-Ground floor parking, walk of your car and hotel door is just right next to you. Cons.-Hot water piping is rusty, once you turn hot tap water, the muddy & yellowish water washed out.- Super limited parking, only 10 cars will fits their parking tightly and valets still charge you RM20 for “park at your own risk” parking space, take this into your consideration if you're driving suv's or larger mpv, my last parking was opposite of the hotel property and it's under the tree. 8 out of 10 in such a great location. Still recommended if you're travel by walking or public commuters.
