The place is good, the problem is the service, no body around to order anything, you have to pay for cafe if you want in your room! Went to the Restaurant they didn’t have shrimp:(

Habitación limpia instalación muy buen estado balcón un poco descuidado requiere mantenimiento y lo que no me pareció es que en la playa hay que pagar por una mesa y cuatro sillas la cantidad de L. 250.00 por utilizarlas debería el Hotel proporcionar eso

Hay mala coordinación entre los restaurantes. Solo el primer día dan agua y café en la habitación, los demás días son comprados. Y cuando uno quiere comprarlos para el día siguiente le dicen en recepción, no tenemos!

We decided to eat lunch a la carte and waited an hour for our meals even though we ordered at 2pm on a sunday after the “lunch rush”. We ordered five plates and the taste was below our expectations for the cost and wait. When I told a supervisor they said this was the standard. The piña coladas were so bland and just tasteless. The property and pool look dated as well as the bed mattresses squeak as you move. There are limited beach chairs on the beach. I do not plan on ever returning or referring the place.

Well im not happy about that. When i booked my reservation it says breakfast included, when i asked the front for the free breakfast they said they dont make reservation with breakfast included. Thats is called false advertisement. No happy about that

Las habitaciones estan bien . Pero no había incluido el desayuno en la reservacion. Tuvimos que salir a comer fuera porque los costos en el restaurante es muy caro para un desayuno sencillo.
