공항과 가깝지만 흙길을 돌아가야 숙소가 나타나요. 혹시 초행길이라면 숙소에 연락해서 픽업하러 나오라고 해야 해요. 밤늦게 도착해서 그길을 택시타고 가려면 여자 혼자는 무섭습니다. 과거엔 꽤 잘사는 가정의 주택을 숙소로 개조했나봐요. 거실과 식당은 크지만 일반 호텔이나 게스트하우스와는 달라요. 매니저는 매우 친절하고 정보를 많이 알려주고 필요하면 시내의 중요한 장소에 델리버리와 픽업을 해줍니다. 무료는 아니구요, 서비스챠지를 해야합니다.

Quiet, peaceful location with great staff and comfortable accommodation.

They were great

Palm Nest is located in a quiet, secure neighborhood close to the airport. The grounds are peaceful and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a great budget option close to the airport. The guest house provides an excellent shuttle service for a fee. If you are taking an Uber, be sure to type in Palm Nest, rather than just the road address.

The staff was great. The property is delightful. There is mosquito netting around the bed. Use it.

Clean and quiet

Typical Nairobi room....everything is run down or worn out. The manager was absolutely great which made the stay bearable. The hygiene standards are low in Kenya and this is why I hate traveling to this country. Go at your own risk....

Pickup was late

This is more like a Air B&B and not an actual hotel. Challenging to accommodate late check ins. Our Driver had to wait outside the gate and call to wake up the owners. Expedia did not explain that this place was not a hotel.
