I booked through your website, when I check in . The front desk staff tell me there is no reservation in their computer system. It take one hour to talk with your customer service in China.even this is intranet problem, make me very frustrated. Very bad experience!

Good location clean property

Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety including bread and noodles. It was nice to have a fitness room as well.

Clean. Not situated in city centre, but still convenient as there are many restaurants nearby. Very close to airport and train station. So it’s convenient, but at the same time a bit noisy when there are flights takeoff/landing.

Great experience, I’ll definitely stay here again next time
