Our group of 7 didn’t have a chance to stay at the property because we attempted to call and texted the hotel but no one answered the text and the contact phone numbers we found on line and face book responded “calls incomplete.” After a 5 hours drive from Puerto Princesa, around 7:00 pm,, tired and frustrated nog being accommodated by the hotel, we ended looking for another hotel that accommodate us and pay another fees. A very unsatisfying and very stressful unhappy experience we had endured for the first timer in El Nido specially not able to get our booking fees refunded.
