위치가 정말 좋았어요. 어디든 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있었어요. 직원들도 정말 친절하고 도움이 많이 됐어요. 침대도 편안했어요...

It was a pleasant experience. We are a family of four so the double queen bed room is great. Location is also great, near the town hall link/train stop, walking distance to the area with many Asian restaurants. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Breakfast is ok. Basically choices of eggs and pastry. Staff are generally nice and accommodating. The only unfortunate experience is with housekeeping. Very hard to reach by phone and there are instances where our rooms were either not being cleaned at all despite the request sign or amenities not restocked.

Everything is good except that when we get entrance to the hotel the first day we come, the receptionist told us that hotel needs 100 dollars like the earnest money pay by card so that we can check in although we have paid for everything when booking. She said that the money will return to our account. We haven't received it yet until now and couldn't contact the hotel either.
