Comfortable space near the boarder. Easy access to the center of Maseru or to get to shopping at Pioneer or Maseru Malls with a car. Was able to extend my stay due to illness aquired by traveling. Heater in room worked great for the chilly Fall night in Maseru.

This hotel is the best place to stay not just in Maseru but probably in entire Lethoso! I was to thank the manager and the emoloyee who offered me a complimentary room upgrade. The place gave me a feeling of a 5 star hotel. I really loved my stay here.

The room was clean and spacious however the fridge was noisy and there were some other noise happening behind the wall that kept waking me.

The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, they struggled to find a way to provide lunch -it took about three hours to find a solution, so guests should arrive with their own food as a back up option to avoid going hungry.

The staff were nothing short of amazing. Always available to help and accommodate us, and make sure our visit was comfortable. Highly recommend it.

The room was neat and comfortable. The staff from receptionist and everyone else were very friendly and helpful. We visited different places for shopping and some dining around the city. We never felt unsafe at anytime. We traveled to different areas .

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. Not a great location. But in Maseru, is there such a thing as a good location?

It’s quite but they seem never to get the internet working I was down for the whole week I spent there

I booked bed and breakfast and when I got there they said it is not included after showing them the booking they said I checked in late and I must have ordered the breakfast but they will get it for the next day. The next day they just said I don't have breakfast so I did not get. Liars
