The place looks like a construction site, not a hotel, the staff was friendly and polite, but the conditions of hotels are terrible.

Terrible place. No amenities, no restaurant, no access to the beach, room windows open onto a concrete wall. Small nondescript rooms. Just awful overall. Two excellent hotels are right up the street for almost the same price.

Was great except tv was not working on outside channels. Room I was in is all brand new and excellent...awesome breakfast delivered to your room...walking distance to Cape hotel which is best food in monrovia

Though under construction Sam and his crew were really great at making our stay an enjoyable one. The two bedroom apartment was the star of the show and we were amazed at the size and amenities it offered. I'm not sure when construction will be finished or what else they are building, but they're definitely working quickly to get it done.
