So far the hotel is very good, service team is polite and helps on all questions. Restaurant and food is very good. Many mosquitos, but help with spraying and antimosquito nets. So, no problem at all. Price is fair. I was not served the offered free bottle of wine as stated in my booking. Room was not with lake view, as stated in my booking.

Was initially given a room with a view onto a lightwell, after having booked a lake view room. Room was changed the next day, but in the older building with no lift- on the 3rd floor. Great view though. Internet connection spasmodic, but staff worked hard to sort the problem.

I recommend Jacaranda. It is good value, fantastic location in the center looking the lake, I enjoyed a lot my top floor point of view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a treat with caring personal service. Lovely people lovely hotel. There are some issues though: The pick up from the airport did not arrive as promised and when I called it took a long time to the lady in the reception to understand me. 10 minutes they say but did not come. I got a free transfer from another driver, but felt wrong not to pay him. Turns out their car got a flat tire ... the shower was , well, there were hot water but the flow of the water extremely week, I managed well but it may be really anoying to others, can't say it was top clean, again, good enough for me but not what people may expect from a 4 star. All in all great hospitality, cosy comfortable room on 4th floor (no elevator) with sensational viewing from the small sweet outside porch. Gorgious breakfast and great staff. All in all recommended but there are the shower problem and some other. Amesegena!

It was very Good and polite stuff

Got a great price for a room here in the rainy season, and got treated like a Ras. Great fresh fruits & other options for breakfast.

Jacaranda was very friendly right starting with the pickup at the airport. The receptionists and the other staff were very courteous. The hotel was clean and has a great location. The only hiccup for me was that the room I chose, which was the best they have, did not have lake view. So I had to move to an older, and no so good, room. But that was my choice. The hotel should let people know which rooms do have lake view.

It is centrally located and well kept. It seems to be a favorite location for many tour groups. It is a bargain price. The best part of my stay was the friendliness of the staff. They always had a smile and willingness to help.

Made us feel at home. Transportation to and from the airport included.

Las habitaciones que dan al lago son antiguas. En el nuevo edificio, algunas habitaciones dan a otro edificio contiguo y apenas tienen luz. El desayuno es mediocre.
