The red colour scheme is not to my taste but everything else was perfect.

I absolutely loved this gorgeous and unique hotel. The staff were so helpful - even bringing me a fan to the room and providing local shops for cashmere. The lighting in the room was moody and romantic. I sat in the bar for a glass of wine and wonderfully tasting crème brûlée. Highly recommend! When I’m back in Edinburgh - I will be staying here.

Everything about our stay was perfect.

Really comfortable bed , large size room , only negative i have is that the all hotel is dimly lit along with the dark decor only brightened by the red doors , very well positioned for most activities.

Staff very helpful. Few defects in the room, but the staff were very attentive and helpful with an early check in. Would recommend.

Property is convenintly situated and well maintained. We were wondering if there was a shut off for the bathroom drying rack.

Our room was spacious and clean, hotel conveniently located in New Town with lots of restaurants nearby and Princess Street for shopping!! Breakfast was delicious

My stay was superb. The hotel is clean and the staff is very prompt and helpful. Location is amazing and hotel is in the heart of the city . I got an early check in as well without even have to ask which was a delight . Had a lovely and comfortable stay.

Great location - usually very quiet for city centre although the construction work next door went on through the night - not much the hotel can do about this but it was disappointing. Third time I’ve stayed here and I would go again. Lovely unique rooms and a good breakfast.

Very quiet room with Blackout blinds so was able to catch a good nights sleep after a long flight. Convenient location. Breakfast was good as well as the coffee.

Very convenient for the city centre being only a few minutes walk from Princes Street, the tram route and bus routes. Room was spotless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't eat breakfast there as I had a very early start each morning.

Comfortable, discreet, quiet and welcoming. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. Romm was spacious we had a very enjoyable overnight stay
