Proche de Madrid, facile d’accès. Bel hôtel, bon confort, bon quartier sécurisé

Had a lovely stay, one off our rooms was ready early so we could enjoy the pool, staff were very helpful The only thing I would expect is a changing room to use when you use the pool after checkout before our flight. Thankfully we were offered a late checkout for free

Personall at the hotel very friendly they was very helpful giving me information about what to do in the area we stay .

Fue una buena experiencia quedarnos en este hotel. Al tener piscina se convierte en una buena alternativa para familias con niños. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto.

Cómodo y fácil de llegar - in poco mas complicado salir

About 20-25 minutes from central Madrid, property was very clean, great breakfast and has a shopping mall a big outlets nearby. Stayed with 2 of my kids in May and it was perfect as we did rent a car. Would stay again.

The desk clerk was so kind to switch our room when the system had us down for a queen but we were supposed to have a king.

Very good hotel. Complementary breakfast and parking. The staff was very nice.

Det var toppen, nära ett stort varuhus där vi kunde avsluta vår spanienresa med oändlig shopping. Nära till flygplatsen. Bokade pga pool den var tyvärr stängd pga dåligt väder men det är ju knappast hotellets fel. Jag är nöjd, sov gott och fantastisk frukost.

The shower door didn’t work so the bathroom was always wet and rooms were too small
