Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Schönes Apartment, ausgestattet mit Allem was man braucht. Sogar mit Waschmaschine. Während des Aufenthalts von 4 Tagen wurde das Apartment nicht gereinigt und auch die Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht. Leider ging bei uns der Kleiderschrank nicht auf und am dritten Tag fiel die Türklinke zur Eingangstür ab. Das ist kein Problem, allerdings haben die Ansprechpartner keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Zusammenfassung: gutes Apartment in Guter Lage, es könnte perfekt sein, wenn der Service damit mithalten würde.

The apartment looks the same as the photo but dirty. Under the carpet and the sofa was really dirty. The linen did not feel clean and there were no towels. We asked for towels and they told us that the next day they were going to bring us but they never brought anything. The apartment itself is fine and pretty but the service and cleanliness was terrible.

Nice place, comfortable, clean... but kitchen didn’t work and nobody took responsibility. I called because I bought foo to cook. Admin has to be aware of this. Bello lugar, limpio... pero la cocina no funcionó y nadie se hizo responsable de resolver el problema...
