바뇨스에서 추천할만한 좋은 호텔입니다! 폭포가 가깝고 온천도 가까우며 자체 온천과 사우나도 할만합니다. 조식이 특히 좋습니다! 정문쪽 방을 배정받았는데 밤에 워터파크 쪽 광장이 시끄러웠습니다만 지낼만 했습니다.

Le Sangay est l’hotel emblematique de Baños.La quasi absence de touristes rend la situation difficile ce qui fait que certains clients paient beaucoup moins cher que le prix d’Expedia…cela est visible comme le nez au milieu d’un visage c’est totalement frustrant.En corolaire le petit déjeuner est celui d’un hôtel bon marché.Le spa est minuscule,quant à la piscine l’eau n’est plus chauffée et est est mal nettoyée.

I did not realize that I booked the smallest room with the worst location on the property. The room size was ok, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was so small there was not even room for a toilet paper holder. We were adjacent to a walkway and parking lot so the room with no air conditioning ended up being a bit noisy at night. We had access to the hot-tub and steam room which was nice and breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as everyone in Ecuador seems to be. If I did the trip again I probably would not go to Banos, the town was larger and less quaint than I expected.

Muy buena opción para descansar luego de recorrer Baños y sus alrededores.

We stayed here for two nights. It was just ok. Don't expect anything over the top considering how much you're paying. Breakfast is traditional Ecuadorian food. The hotel is close to all the downtown festivities and shops and is directly across the street from the city's main waterfall. We stayed here the weekend of Palm Sunday. The city was crazy with people, especially outside of the hotel. So, if you stay here that particular weekend, be prepared to be awakened very early (4am) in the morning with hundreds of people who have come to bath in the hot pools and waterfall.

The location of the hotel is excellent: next to hot springs and five minutes walking to the town center. The buildings are old but functional and the rooms are suite type. There are onsite restaurants and many excellent restaurants nearby.

The room is very small including the bathroom, the food at the buffet simple with no taste. The spa in general with no supervision, little kids with pampers on the jacuzzi.

Spa area was small and not very usable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was well-maintained and our room was well-kept. The hotel is in a great location, close to all activities.

The food wasn’t good at all

Nice average hotel, staff is great and room view on the waterfall is amazing! Except that I wasn’t able to enjoy the view given rooms are so close to each others and workers kept working in the area, so wasn’t able to have privacy without closing curtains! Rooms are not clean from inside, got some insects 🐜 and there were no AC so smell noisy

Super nice room amenities, helpful and friendly staff (spoke English) across from the falls and public hot spa. Banos is a surprisingly nice town to visit! It looks like some great hiking in the surrounding mountains.
