Staff is not wall trained to answer room anomalies in the most professional manner.

I arrived early and was told checking in was till 2pm which was okay, however other people checked in before me were told 2 pm but were still able to check in The reception staff gave very brief answers on where things were eg post office, 15 mins walk down the road. Not what road or where to turn etc Felt like more effort could be made to make people feel welcome.

Very good location, comfortable beds Very good view from roof top bar. Although it was very crowded, we had to wait for the room for 2 hrs after check in time to be ready for us, they didn’t accommodate in a different room or meals or upgrade etc that’s usually common with things like this.

Die Zimmer sind recht klein, auch in den höheren Kategorien. Sitzmöbel eher ungemütlich. Frühstück hervorragend mit tollem Ausblick. Die Dachterrasse kann jederzeit genutzt werden auch ohne etwas zu kaufen. Lage mitten in der Stadt, Fussläufig zu allem. Das Personal freundlich, bemüht, unaufdringlich

Very nice clean hotel, great dining, beautiful views, perfect location.

Das Hotel liegt super und man hat aus den höheren Stockwerken eine tolle Sicht. Allerdings lies die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig, ebenso die Freundlichkeit/ Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

Alt var fint, men når nu bussen til lufthavnen køre kl 06:15, så vil det være dejligt hvis personalet ikke insisterer på at morgenmaden først starter præcist kl 06.00. Og ja I var venlig at have lavet en madpakker til mig. Udover det, fungerer hotellet fint og morgenmaden er rigtig god.

Udemærket hotel. Flinke og rare personale. Kunne dog ikke hjælpe med hundeslædetur, men det viste sig at være let at skaffe ude i byen. Lige rundt om hjørnet faktisk.

Spacious and clean rooms, well equipped for a relaxing stay. Lovely views of the bay from the top floor restaurant. Wide selection of food for breakfast, eggs can be made to order. Dinner was a decent meal and reasonably priced given the location. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport which is free. Need to book with reception the night prior to departing. The two larger supermarkets are about a 5 min walk from the hotel. Also an easy 10-15 min walk to the icefjord center.
