The staff is fabulous, they made sure my stay was comfortable. I recommend this place

Una porquería !!!!! Por Dios !!!! Pésimo servicio, aires condicionados no servían y el que prendía goteaba una cantidad enorme de agua. La cocina no tiene ni cuchillos de cortar ni casi nada, la nevera no enfría y el freezer no funciona. La terraza de arriba con calor insoportable, tuvimos que salir a comprar un abanico; los dos sofás que aparecen como camas en la publicación no son sofacamas son unos muebles con tablas durísimas. La piscina la cierran a las 7. En vista de las incomodidades pedimos cambio de lugar (porque villas no son) y no lo negaron. Realmente una estafa. Uye a otro lado … lamentable que se pago antes.

The stove was unusable, the kitchen cabinet under the sink had a broken door held with a screw. The door would not lock, the place was moldy. The bathroom had a thick mold on the walls of the shower and the sink. We requested maintenance for the lock, they came attempted to fix the lock and failed to do so. A lady came in and applied heavy chemicals in the bathroom and she was not able to remove the mold.

Good place to stay

This is a honest review about our stay. Everything they offer or the pictures they show isn’t really what you see an is not worth you spending money on. For example: -Rotten/Rusted out microwave -Porch door would not lock or shut fully -Out of 3 acs, 1 did not work, 2 barely worked and in the high heat it’s horrible. -THEY CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY YOU USE. -On top of charging you for electricity the door would not shut or lock, ac air was escaping from all over the place with large cracks in the door. (how is that justified?) -Can’t use the faucet water for brushing, an had no purified water for us or portable water for us, we had to buy our own water. -Toilet paper has to get thrown in the trash can not be used in the toilet. -Bathrooms smell horrible at all times. -Construction all around and wakes you up early. - staff is rude and gives you attitude when you complain, stating nothing else they can do. -no privacy in the bathroom the window over looks the shower with no curtain or cover. -bathroom was rusted out an moldy everywhere. - area is not safe or secure they let anyone in even with security. We will never come back , the online pictures an reviews is not really what is there. What they advertise is false.

Our room was next to the pool with beautiful view and direct pool access. Also beach very close. Positive experience!

Very good resort to stayin Puntacana. Great location, rooms are large, big pool

The bed sheets were dirty. I was woken up at 8am due to strong noise caused by construction work on the upper floor. I had a 5 hour flight and wanted to get sone sleep, it was impossible.

It was our first vacation in Punto Cana, we like it!

Nuestra estancia fue tan mala que reservamos dos noches y a la primera mañana nos fuimos. el aire soltaba aire y se llenó la habitación de agua. Por otro lado, el agua se cortó y no podíamos ducharnos ni usar el baño. Además la habitación tenía muchísima humedad y polvo por lo que era difícil respirar bien. Por último, no tienen ningún tipo de señal de que ese es el alojamiento y estuvimos dando vueltas hasta que alguien quiso salir a buscarnos. Un desastre, no se parece a las fotos y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Please do not stay here!! It looks nothing like how they project it. I reserved the deluxe penthouse and I they tried to persuade me that the unit I was looking at was the same. I pulled out my phone and showed pictures and everything was different. I believe they took photos of someone’s vacation home and passed it off as their unit. Let’s start by talking about how dirty the property was. It was insects crawling in the bathroom. The pool was a murky green. The bathroom was just not useable. Our driver had problems finding the area then he said it was a remote bad area. It was so many sketchy people there. So we canceled our reservation and booked at the first resort we could find. It took an hour to get transportation and the manager kicked us off the property and wouldn’t let us wait for our ride. He said “the guest were concerned about us standing there.” It was 4 women with large suitcases, I can’t fathom how we were threat. The place is disgusting, just don’t stay there is you value your life.
