Very roomy much better than a hotel just fewer amenities than a hotel obviously.

旅慣れた人向けのアパートですね。サービスや静かな環境を望む人には不向きです。下のフロアがクラブなどいくつか入っていますので遅くまで賑やかです。いかにもハリウッドらしい。そこを覚悟で滞在するには最高の宿泊施設です。部屋はとても広く快適です。ずっと自炊をしていたので鍋や食器も完備されていてフル活用しました。もちろん洗濯、乾燥機も。ただ、夜、クラブ等が盛り上がりすぎて音がやかましいぐらいの時は広いクローゼットに寝てましたがかなりそこも快適でした。また次回も訪れたいと思います。最後にハウスキーパーのケリーは良い人ですよ。

Awesome Stay was not so awesome! Bathroom fan totally caked with lint and super dirty. Bathroom fixtures haven’t been touch in years. I had to fix the shower head because that was broken. Totally gross and dirty. They forget to tell you that apartment 104A is directly above a hidden night club that plays techno and house music from 11pm - 3 am. The music was so loud that the dishes rattled in the cabinets. There was no dishwasher soap. There were no hand towels anywhere...bathroom or kitchen. Neighbors in 104B were super loud. The fire alarm for the whole complex went off at 4 am one night. This is a great location to get to everything just the cleanliness and lack of detail was bad. I would not stay here again.

This place was a dump no hot water, smelled real bad, was next to a bar with loud music all night, the outlets didn't work, no wash cloths, one hand ttowel, no one at the front desk checked out early but could get anyone on the phone. Had to park 2 streets over.

I really liked Kelly she was super nice. However they said the parking was inside but you have to go inside the hotel and get the parking key and then they show you where the parking is which is very confusing so I just paid for parking behind the buildings. But for $70 it was very good and I would highly recommend this place if you are trying to stay the night in hollywood.

This was not a hotel. It was c a run down apartment complex. The windows were broken and did not shut. It was filthy. The bar next door kept us up until 3 am on the weekend due to noise. There was hair, used bar soap, and unknown substances on the walls. Someone’s shirt was in our room on the floor when we arrived. We ran out of toilet paper. The sheets and towels appeared to be clean.

Location is pretty good, your on Hollywood Blvd but it is the grungy side. The room is suppose to have internet but it only worked for the first night!!! Which was a huge problem considering we had no TV to watch and help drown out all the loud club music! We had to go to CVS the first night to buy ear plugs. This room is directly above about 4 different night clubs, on all sides!!! So if you are planning anything early morning do not stay here. You can't go to bed before 2:30 AM. We were so tired during our stay that we weren't as energized to do as much running around as we usually do in a new city so be aware!!!! The room does include parking but we opted to uber everywhere, which amounted to over $350 for 4 days but renting a car would at least be $150. The light rail comes right into this area and I would recommend looking into it if you are wanting to save money on transportation. Upon arrival you are sent a small novel of instructions regarding self check in. This exercise made me feel like I was in an escape room. First there is a different address to get dropped off at to obtain the key to let your self in. This key box is hard to find at night in the dimly lit side street that is overrun with drunk people from all the clubs I mentioned. After you've sorted through all the boxes and found the key box with the right name and number you have to enter a code to get a key fob room key. Forget finding the Hollywood Blvd entrance at night, might be a chance during day.

Apartment was big enough for 4 people to live year around. Over/under laundry machines, 2 King beds, complete kitchen, TV, huge closet, nice bathroom, etc. The Walk of Fame sidewalk is right out front with stars of Wendy Williams, John Derrick,etc. The Crying Tiger Thai food is in same building with sidewalk window on Hudson Ave. Best Thai food ever! 2 Downfalls for old people: older building with sloping floors, and the bar downstairs plays loud music until 2AM. Another plus: Kelly is very friendly and helpful but is sometimes hard to understand (English). Overall, a comfortable, convenient place to stay on Hollywood Blvd!

LOUD! SMELLS LIKE URINE OUTSIDE Great location. If you plan to go to bed before 3am, not the place for you. The club/restaurant next door is so loud, you cannot sleep. The pounding and vibrating walls make sleeping impossible.Minimal towels (only 4 total) in the whole place. The air conditioner broke while we were there. Extremely hot but could not open the windows due to the club. They did fix it (I think) the next day but we were over it and left a day early.

Ofrecen internet cuando nunca te puedes conectar , la televisión lo único que puedes ver según ellos es netflix y es una mentira ya que nunca puedes Accesar al internet y si lo llegas hacer te dicen que ya están ocupadas las cuentas , Nunca se puede hablar con la persona encargada del establecimiento , ponen a la chica que da la cara por ellos y ella ya no sabe que hacer , creo que deben de darle mantenimiento a las hab y ponerle bien las especificaciones para que las personas no se engañen con las fotos

This was one of my worst experiences I’ve ever had staying away from home. For starters, the location advertised online was not what i received upon arriving. False advertisement at its finest. Secondly, the communication and check in process was horrible. Everything was done via text and when i wanted to call the person to ask them questions, they forwarded my calls and told me to text them instead. Very unprofessional. Thirdly, the room itself was not clean. The oven had crumbs and leftovers from the guests before. (At least includes hoping it was only from the ones right before us and not longer than that). The bathroom was dirty and the soap and toilet paper was not restocked. The tub itself looked dirty. There’s was actual trash underneath the both beds and it looked like it hadn’t been swept in weeks. The beds were horribly made and very uncomfortable. The room was extremely hot and felt like i was inside a sauna because the air conditioning did not work. The temperature inside the room was 86 degrees. When requested to talk to management, we were completely disregarded. Overall, this place and management were horrible. I highly recommend no one stay here.

Super convenient location. Lack of a front desk can be limiting so be aware at booking

Sink did not work, our room was right next to the underground bar, I had my kids and they were concerns as there was yelling, cops, etc right outside our window

The location is very good, it can be noisy because you are literally on Hollywood blvd, the windows and doors are pretty solid so that might help with the noise, the apartments are spacious and comes with a kitchen and a dryer/washer inside the room, you will have to do self check-in which was fine with me, two queen sized beds

Pros: - Conveniently located on the Hollywood Blvd, walking distance from main attractions in Hollywood and nighttime shows - Very spacious - The budget choice for Hollywood Blvd Cons: - Can get really noisy at night, especially next to the windows (we live in the city, but the windows barely screen out any other noises)

Great location!!!!

It's on Hollywood boulevard. Walking distance to alot of places. Entertainment, restaurants and shopping mall.
