Tivemos problemas na parte elétrica, precisou deixar um cartão para que funcionasse. As janelas (do banheiro e do quarto) não abrem, deixando um ambiente completamente fechado. A água do chuveiro escorre pro banheiro, deixando tudo molhado mesmo com o box.

I really enjoyed my stay at Victoria City Hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others with the following information: Location: Victoria City is a little ways out of Oranjestad in an area that looks a little bit run down. There are great restaurants very close (Peanuts), but overall you probably won't be spending a ton of time right nearby. The street is lively and as other reviews mention there will be overnight noise from cars and a local nightlife spot. Room: Small, but clean with a comfy bed, full bathroom and everything you need to be comfortable. Property: The rooftop lounge is amazing and the 2nd floor is setup to easily flow from inside to outside. This area was well used by guests and is a great spot to make yourself a tea or coffee, grab some water and hang out to plan your day or relax after a day of exploring. The hotel is laid out with rooms on 2 floors and is connected to a restaurant from the lobby. I recommend the restaurant for breakfast - its a great meal and they have friendly staff! To note: I saw this in some of the other reviews as well; for some reason the bathroom windows have clips installed that will not allow them to fully close and be sealed shut. I assume this is to help with moisture management. I was on the 2nd floor so this wasn't a security concern for me, I saw some people on the first floor mentioning windows that couldn't close/lock and this would be a security deal breaker for me and also affected overnight street noise.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. The lobby and kitchen very clean, However the hotel was experiencing major renovation construction, which made the stay very noisy dusty parking very inadequate. There were plumbing problems, each and every day.

The room was not in good condition. The shower had the drain booping around which was a tripping hazard, the sink didn’t drain properly and our lock on door was broken the 1st night.

Is very well located. It is ok for a short stay. The room needs a new rug or at least a good shampoo. The terrace upstairs was pretty nice and you can seat down and have coffee non stop. The morning staff is nice and knowledgeable, try to get any questions answered in the morning.

The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet! The staff worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable and they succeeded! Great job!

Best was service provided by Johana. She controlled the dining room, from taking food orders, to serving, and clean up. Always busy and always very pleasant. Lovely lass from Colombia 💕

Our stay at Victoria City Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The breakfast was top-notch—fresh, homemade, and prepared with so much care and love. It felt personal and authentic, not just a standard hotel meal. The people here are fantastic, the rooms are modern, stylish, and very affordable, which makes the experience even better. Since it’s a new place, everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. If you’re visiting Aruba and want a comfortable, warm, and great-value stay, Victoria City Hotel is definitely a place I’d highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything from check in to check out. We love the cozy clean room and the veranda. We had a delicious breakfast down stairs and we were walking distance to shopping. We will return.

The location is excellent and the terrace was very pleasant.

Room was clean, cool and well appointed. Staff were very helpful and, although we had to buy breakfast, it was very good. The area is a bit run down but it is safe and an easy 10 minute walk to the marina and restaurants. All in all, good value and we would stay there again.

The room was good. It served its purpose for the one night I stayed there. The room is small but it has all the essentials you need. The only issue, I had, was the shower water didn’t get hot. The staff was pleasant and the area was 15 minutes from shopping and restaurants.
