This property is unique, but they don’t provide laundry service very well ….. I have Jacket sent for dry clean and they total destroyed the jacket…and the staff

This was a beautiful spot. We wished we had longer time to enjoy everything the hotel Has to offer. Highly recommend this property to relax and chill.

Castel Hörtenberg accommodation is excellent. The cleanliness and customer service by all the team (front desk, staff that maintain Castel common area and room clean, bar & restaurant staff is excellent. Special thank you to Hannan who welcomed us every morning for breakfast with a wonderful brilliant smile. Improvement feedback-we would have appreciated to be advised parking charges instead we were presented parking charges at checkout.

This is a beautiful property run by excellent staff who are very friendly. The restaurant for dinner provides amazing food at very reasonable prices with terrific ambiance. It is also very close (walkable) to where the gondola goes up into the Dolomites. We would highly recommend staying at this location

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with wonderful, friendly staff. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious - an innovative update of local cuisine. Hope to return soon!
