광장 바로 옆이어서 올드타운 여행하기가 편리했어요. 지하철 역도 근처고, 걸어서 미술관 가기도 길이 쉽네요. 체크인 하루이틀 전에 메일로 보내주는 예약 안내사항을 확인하면 체크인 위치와 비밀번호를 알 수 있어요. 특히나 열쇠가 아닌 비밀번호여서 더 좋았네요. 싱글룸은 사진이랑 똑같아서 깨끗하게 잘 묵었어요.

Camera piccola con bagno poco ventilato. Abbiamo trovato il condizionatore che non funzionava ma il tecnico non era disponibile fino al giorno dopo. Non c’erano altre camere disponibili ma la presenza di un ventilatore ci ha fatto sospettare che l’A/C fosse off non solo da noi. La finestra si poteva aprire ma solo parzialmente ed il rumore dei locali della piazza aumentava a dismisura. Alla fine di una notte rovinata abbiamo avuto il 15% di sconto per l’inconveniente. La struttura comunque è situata in una posizione strategica per visitare Bilbao.

Todo correcto, ubicación buena pero ruidosa

I specifically booked this room as it has air conditioning however when we checked in around 9:30pm the air con was not working. The staff obviously knew because they had left a small fan in the room. Temperatures in Bilbao have been in the mid 30’s. So it was sweltering hot all night. Paid £100 for the night as it had air conditioning however did not get what we paid for. Had I wanted a room without air con I could have booked one for a lot less money. Also the shower dripped all night long. The address of this property is Plaza Nuevo 2 but it is actually No 1. Only for a helpful lady in Bar Víctor we would still be looking for it. Poor show really.

Loud at night (no heavy window shutters to block the noise) due to the square outside, the bathroom door is frosted glass so the whole room illuminates when someone is in there, weird check in process. Location is top though.

When I had access problem I called many times phone number and nobody answered. They didn’t mention it was forbidden to go to other floors, I tried to find the room as I couldn’t reach them, people living in the building were angry when they saw me.

Awesome accommodation in the best location everything was seamless. I’ll definitely be returning one off my favourite Spanish locations many thanks 😊

Todo bien. El checkin es muy sencillo y el personal súper amable. El único contra es que no hay persianas (hay estores) por lo que entra mucha luz. Además, la habitación Azul Añil da a la plaza, por lo que hay ruido de calle todo el tiempo (hasta que cierran los barres y temprano por la mañana que colocan las terrazas).

Muy buen lugar. Atendido 24 horas por teléfono. Incidencia con aire acondicionado que resolvieron con eficiencia. Muy limpio. Cómodo. Nuevo. Servicio de cafe o te en la habitación.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Location was excellent in a desirable part of Bilbao. Plenty of terrific eateries in the surrounding area.

Loved our stay - in the square very convenient for bars and dining options in the plaza. Heart of old town easy to walk everywhere. As you are on the square some noise but with windows closed its fairly quiet and did not bother us. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean with all needed amenities. Easy check in and check out as sent codes ahead of arrival.

Nice room in a great location looking directly out on to Plaza Nueva. The square is very lively in the evenings but quietens down around midnight Keyless entry with a system of door codes to get in which were pretty straightforward.
