Nos gustó mucho el hotel.

Friendly staff but sometimes problems in communicating in english. Good breakfast in beautiful restaurant area. Nice bar, gym and pool area.

This was my first time trying out Grand Evenia, and let me just say—I had such a great experience! The staff is top-tier and incredibly pleasant. Their breakfast bar is the perfect blend of European and Spanish flavors. Housekeeping always kept things fresh (if that’s what you prefer), and OMG—the rooftop bar is such a vibe! My only hiccup was not having a microwave in our room, so we couldn’t heat up leftovers. Outside of that, I’ll definitely be back!

La atención es rápida, el hotel es cómodo y tecnológico, es seguro, se siente nuevo y limpio, agradable, el desayuno es pequeño pero con productos de buena calidad y bastante variado y el ambiente del comedor es acogedor. La decoración del hotel es muy agradable. Lo unico que podría mejorar es que el televisor sea smart tv.

All was just great, the best breakfast ever! Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, big tv, modern decoration, great entertainment live music, very convenient location. The only observation is that floor room was not cleaned every day.

En general buen hotel, limpio y bonito con buena cama y almohadas.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, Buffet und sollte etwas fehlen kann es bestellt werden. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Not sure this place is 5 stars but was happy with my stay.

hoher Standart, vielfältiges Frühstück, tolle Lage des Pool‘s inklusive Roof Top Bar. leider hat der Staff bei einer Krisensituation komplett falsch reagiert. Als das komplette Hotel ab 17:00 - nächsten Morgen 7:00 kein Leitungswasser, keine Dusche und keine Toilettenspülung hatte irrten die Mitarbeiter super nervös umher und liessen die Hotelgäste im Ungewissen anstatt die Lage sachlich zu erklären.

Firstly this is not the 5 star property it claims to be! It’s decent but a little rough round the edges, for example the wiring for the TV and mood lighting in our room were exposed and the cardboard packaging for the flat pack furniture could be seen underneath where they couldn’t be bothered to unpack it properly and cut around it! There’s a pleasant rooftop pool but it’s quite small and not as good as the photos portray it to be. It’s fine when there’s nobody else using it. Only 2 loungers and 2 sunbeds so it’s a lottery whether you’ll get one. The bar opens late afternoon and then there will be music blaring out from it. Breakfast is basic but passable. There’s scrambled egg and sausage/backon, toast, pastries, cheese, fruit and yoghurts. Some of the pastries looked liked they’d been baked in an incinerator 😂 Overall it’s decent value for money, just don’t expect too much.

January 23rd 2025 10 am At breakfast 9:00 am there is no service for cleaning tables or dispatching clean cutlery you have to do it yourself, even with two waiters around, 10:00 am at the desk check out Mr Alrron I think is his name, in a very funny way he tried to do as slow as possible he could as I ask for a receipt for my company of my staying he took 15 min to deliver a sheet with the information, it seems he don’t know how to read as the information was written wrong, this hotel is new and the reception personnel that hired for the frontal desk are incapable to perform a service job for their customers, I think that’s how you end a good fortune to it’s beginning, my advice is to get ride of this reception personnel and find competent people who knows how to work with customer without been joking around like a clown, at the end with a cynical face smiling after let me waiting while he was watching at TV or anything else he could do outside his job deliver a piece of paper without envelope as I have to ask for one at least I was so furious that I didn’t check for the details when I go out later on Just find out he wrote all wrong in purpose, very stupid and immature attitude.

No hubo un buen servicio al cliente.

Had a 10/10 stay at this hotel. The rooms are excellent, the staff was friendly and decor was beautiful. Breakfast was also delicious every morning.

The hotel is an oasis in the mess that is Panama City
