Fantastic service, the staff was great and our guide spectacular!

Very friendly , helpful staff and the food was amazing Slight problem with the shower. Water constantly leaked to floor. My tent was close to the driveway , so I could hear car noise and was disturbed in early morning. Overall fantastic lodge and strongly recommending it

It was my first experience doing a Safari in Africa and I traveled with my family. I do not like taking risks of any kind when choosing the hotel where I want to enjoy my holidays and I was not wrong. From the moment of arriving at the lodge I was received by the staff there and during the three days we were always ready to serve us. the place is magical and the decoration evokes the experiences of Safaris from years ago. The two tents that were given to us were perfect, with an incredible view and details that can only be seen in luxury hotels. Our first night was something exciting because they felt noisy and the movements outside the tent that made us uneasy but were overcome by the second night. If you are going to sleep in Masai Mara in a tent you must be prepared for any type of animal to do it at night. That is part of the charm. Definitely thanks to all the team of river sand for making my experience unforgettable in Masai Mara,.
