Excelente hotel

I like the walking distance from property to the beach. The free overflow parking is good just across the street, the pool is also nice and breaksfast option is great. The room is clean but lacks of trash bag and towels upon entry. The good thing is you can ask for it and they will bring it to your room. I don't like the noise from A/C in our room and check in time of exactly 4pm after long drive. Other than that it’s great to stay for family with kids. We stayed in executive suite room for 6 people, my kids love the balcony.

Beautiful property. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Loved that we had a view of both the gulf and the bay. Beds were fluffy and bathroom was clean. Pool area was nice with loungers and a few umbrellas if you got there early. Our only complaint was not necessarily the fault of the hotel staff but perhaps management needs to hire additional staff during the busy summer. The downstairs main bathroom by the restaurant and pool did not have hand soap for five days. We did not have our room cleaned for two days. After asking three different people for towels our room was finally cleaned. The front desk told us the priority for cleaning rooms is for new check-ins. If you want a quiet adult vacation, summer is not a good time to visit. Kids were climbing on the water fixture in the pool, running and jumping in the room above us, and practically trampling you in the breakfast buffet. Don’t get me wrong-love kids but sometime you want adult time. It was nice having the beach right out the back door. Overflow parking is across the street.

The parking situation. Had to park in overflow across the street. First night missing wash clothes. Second night called down for more towels took an hour after calling twice. Front desk not friendly. Couldn’t find wash off station after the beach, no signs. Lastly, the restaurant Bar Louie never received dessert item I had paid for after inquiring twice about when item was coming out. The host kept stating I’ll go check and that was it. I leave to go back to the room. I call to speak with manager but of course she’s busy. The young lady on the phone apologize and states “We will send item to your room and refund you for that dessert item”. Never received a refund or dessert. First and last time staying. Will return to Margaretville next year, customer service was better.

Staff was rude only a couple where actually trying to help out there needs to be a some changes around there before they loose good customers

Rooms are not properly kept and clean.. no toiletries..

Un hotel cómodo, buena ubicación, linda playa, comida y bebidas buenas. Las sombrillas y camastros son con costo de 40 dll, lo malo solo hasta las 5 pm, pero pueden llevar sus sillas y techos (free).

So clean niche and Kind stuff service

Our stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was excellent, we loved it. Very close to the beach. Our only problem was that on the day of arrival there was a long delay in getting our room. The room was supposed to be delivered to us at 4:00, but it wasn't ready until 5:00 pm. But I recommend it 100%.

We stay here every summer! Highly recommend

Was extremely surprised when we got there that we had to wait in line in the parking lot because there was so many people checking in took a while to check in. Got there a little early and was told the room was not ready. The toilet in our room, ran the entire time Did not care for the breakfast and we had to park across the street for parking.

Most of staff was great, easy access to the beach and love the bar / restaurant …

Excellent for a family

Thank you marriott Courtyard i always come on spring break and summer vacation with my family and always having the biggest memories thank you once again.

I had reserved 2 rooms for one room at 3:30 told to come back at 4 no rooms available…second room didn’t get it till 5:30 and was Told they done contact me when a room was available staff was not friendly or helpful didn’t offer anything don’t even say enjoy your stay interaction. You can tell they are short staffed hotel guests were not accommodated at all Parking was awful and free breakfast was a joke
