No hotel desk and phone numbers listed to call were not available/working. Before arriving I had messaged the hotel inquiring about luggage storage. However when arriving the luggage storage lockers were out of order. The luggage storage room seemed to be unsecured as everyone was provided this code upon check in. Such that, we missed our scheduled tour due to luggage storage issues. The apartment was spacious for 6 people, but the bathroom shower flooded terribly. I mean an entire lake on the floor after one reasonable shower length. This was unbearable and unreasonable. Also, we were not provided enough towels for all 6 of our guests.

Spacious but Severe Maintenance and Management Integrity Issues: Pros: Convenient location and a spacious layout (344 sqft) equipped with a kitchen. Cons: 1. Deceptive Practices: The dishwasher was broken from day one. Management falsely claimed a technician fixed it. However, a physical marker I placed on the door proved no one entered the unit, and the exact same error code persisted. 2. Sanitary Issues: There was a persistent sewage odor in the bathroom. Management strategically placed diffusers to mask the smell prior to arrival rather than resolving the plumbing defect. 3. Habitability Failure: Total loss of hot water on our final night. Support hung up on me during the emergency call. I was forced to walk to another unit in a towel at midnight just to shower, which resulted in me developing cold symptoms. 4. Communication: Check-in was severely delayed due to unresponsive hosts on the platform. Summary: Good hardware, but unacceptable bad-faith management and health risks.

Great value for money. Easy check in. Really nice location. Very spacious and clean.

L’appartamento si trova in una zona molto strategica, vicinissimo ai mezzi di trasporto raggiungibile a piedi i pochi minuti. Zona ben fornita dei beni di prima necessità. Locale pulito e datato dei giusti comfort, sono anche presenti servizi come deposito bagagli e lounge, che sono stati molto apprezzati. La comunicazione con l’host è sempre stata veloce, efficace ed efficiente. Consigliatissimo

Big apartment, great amenities. Our apartment was good for 2 couples or 1 couple and 1 child. If I could suggest an upgrade of the washing machines and dryers. These were slow and dryers didn't use heat to dry, very slow. Ended up drying clothes in apartment. Overall, a great place.

Saubere und angenehme Unterkunft, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants in direkter Umgebung.

Great location, size of apartment and amenities. Only small thing was that the bathroom smells really bad of mildew.

Very clean room and much bigger than expected. Good location near a tram station, and very close to the Belvedere Palace. Multiple food options close by, and subway station just a 5-10 min walk away. I traveled with 3 other people and the 1 bedroom room with the pullout couch was more than enough room for all of us. Check in was very simple, you get an email with your codes, there is no reception room.

Very dirty room

Spacious, clean, excellent value. Expedia doesn't sent them the email which caused issue for check-in. This caused a bit of stress and seems like an easily avoidable problem (use Expedia messages or something). On-site staff was very helpful solving the problem, very good overall.

Roomy apartment!

Apartamento a tan solo 10 minutos del centro de Viena en tranvía. Ideal para pasar unos días tranquilos y sin ruidos. Pequeña cocina con los indispensable. Calefacción un poco justa pero confortable. Si vas en verano no tienen aire acondicionado, van con ventiladores. Para decir algo a mejorar solo tienen 8 taquillas para guardar las maletas y nos tuvimos que esperar hasta las 13:30 para subir en el apartamento, cosa a agradecer porqué el check in es a las 15:00. Personal muy atento y agradable. A la salida sí que pudimos usar las taquillas y guardar las maletas hasta la tarde. Si algún día volvemos a Viena seguro que repetiría.

Chambre niquel, agréable et bien située

Everything was just as described, a very clean and modern property in a friendly neighbourhood. The room is a good size with comfortable bedding, the sofa bed is in the kitchen and is reasonable. The property is within 15 minutes by tram of all the main sites!

Great location, great space. Coffee machine so so and cleanliness and instructions could have been better but I totally recommend it, great value.

Amazing place! We were thrilled. It is a little far from attractions if wanting to walk but nothing that local transportation can’t solve.
