Friendly staff that I got to know by name. Big thanks to Agnes, Jess, Neema, Veronica, Damaris, Sheril, Francis, Arthur ... great people that made my vacation memorable. I highly recommend Sirville Lodge.

The road leading to the property was impassable, was stuck there for a while.

The location is beautiful, right by the lake. The staff are extremely friendly. However, the rooms are somewhat worn, and the hotel needs a refurbishment.

Great for a short stay

it was once a beautiful location but is now in urgent need of renovation and freshening up, rooms bathrooms, everything on the site is very nice but in reality a big disappointment, kitchen limited to meals and the food was always cold, a real shame, the photos the site and the reality are unfortunately very disappointing , never again , i don't recommend this to anyone, sorry

This is a lovely place for a quiet break right next to the beautiful Lake. The scenery and bird life is stunning. The staff are great too. We were very pleased with the service. Food is average, but there are various options. Some of the hotel is a little run down. However, the positives far outweigh the negatives and I can definitely recommend it if you don’t demand the very best.

Personnels attentionnés, chaleureux et disponibles pour répondre aux questions. Cet endroit se situe à mi-chemin entre le lac Nakuru et Naivasha, donc excellent emplacement pour visiter ces 2 endroits. A environ 2h30 de Nairobi. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel va nous manquer, car leur gentillesse est mémorable. Bravo!

We have found this place bit strange. Staff have try to be nice but all looks bit fake. Dinning is really limited and we have been forced to order dinner 6 hours before dinner time. Dinning room is also special/ish/ no music but loud 30 years old telenovela has been played on TV. Night before our departure our dinner has been served but no one offers anything to drink, and waitresses just gone from restaurant so we have left after finished food. Bathrooms needs to refurbished , I have complained about falling towels dryer rail but they no bother to repair it during our stay. Definitely will not come back there Thank you anyway for your hospitality.

De tent was comfortabel . We moesten wel dinneren in de tuin fastfood en was niet zo schitterend zelfs niet aan te raden . Vettig en onverzorgd . Waarschijnlijk te weinig gasten om boven in het eigenlijke restaurant ( keuken) te koken . Wel veel flamingo’s

We stayed in the tent, however I think it was not comfortable with so many zippers, and there is no key. The beds and the bathroom were fine, but it was cold at night. The hotel is ok, although there was loud music until almost midnight and noisy people walking around at late night, which probably is not good for either people or animals, as the hotel is close to the lake, which is a bird sanctuary. Also, at breakfast we were assigned to a table, which we didn´t like, because we would have preferred to choose a different table.

The place is ok, but the rooms are not in a good condition. They need to do something on the rooms and also have a tv please

Literally on the side of the lake. Staff were very nice. Toilet issues in the first room but staff were nice enough to upgrade us.

Beautiful place - bit noisy due to lots of children, but great for families! Otherwise nice local food, friendly staff and great views over the lake!

It's a nery nice place, nicely situated at the lakeside. Pool is good as are the rooms. But the place is very poorly managed. The food is mediocre, it takes very long to be served and the staff is adequately trained for their job. They are nice, but they take no interest to provide service. Lots of dishes on the menu are not available. Breakfast is the same every day. If they would put a professional manager in charge it could be a perfect place for a nice weekend.

Beautiful location and installations, and all is very very clean. It was too cool to swim but the pool is amazing. Dinner was just a little disappointing considering the pictures on the site (maybe because of reduced guests in these times), lamb ribs were basically bones with no meat, but all was well cooked. Bring your toiletries.

Personalet var for de flestes vedkommende meget langsomme. Stedets beliggenhed er fantastisk men der mangler virkelig en manager der kan få smilet på læberne af de ansatte.
