Me hubiera gustado que haya Room Service (servicio de la habitación), tuve que esperar como unos cinco minutos en la entrada para hacer el checking porque llegué me imagino una hora Pico y se demoraron un poquito en atenderme para darme la llave, etc. pero todo muy bien si me volvería a quedar la comida espectacular

no funcionaba el extractor de olores del baño, el internet lento, al salir del estacionamiento no hay quien te lo abra, no hay calefacción

Hotel delivers more than the price i paid. Room clean and sheets soft. Bright room. Breakfast great. It is a full breakfast

The price is budget is price friendly, i like the restaurant, food price is decent, food tastes yummy. staff are nice, everything is satisfactory.

客室は十分に清潔でした。初日は水のボトルが1本だけでしたが、二日目からは水が2本用意されていて助かりました。 またカフェエリアではお湯が無料で提供されていたので、お茶を飲みたい時に助かりました。

Excelente horel

The room was clean at the beginning of my stay and was maintained as such through my stay. The hotel staff is very professional and courteous. What I also really enjoyed was the hotel restaurant, excellent breakfast and meals at any time.

Place was, clean, professional staff, and great location.

The ac kept leaking everytime I turned it on. It was an okay room for the price though.

Yo me quedé en el Ibis ocr 27 al 28 me cobraron de más y esta ve que fui a que me den el crédito se les valió me dijeron que no existe tal crédito un robo de hotel nunca más de lo peor

Fue bueno, pero no magnifico. Había un folleto que indica que si llevas prisa te podían poner el desayuno (que viene incluido) para llevar, pero al momento de solicitarlo me indicaron que era buffet y no era posible. Tal vez podrían mejorar eso y estandarizar uno en caso de que necesiten llevarlo.... o no ofrecer cosas que no van a cumplir 😓

Easy check in. Great price for the location and fantastic staff. Breakfast is very good but fills up quick. My only comment is that the staff in the restaurant wasn't very attentive and usually on their phone. But overall I'd come back here in a heartbeat.
