The hotel provide exceptional services. Right from check in to everyday interactions. Hotel room and bed was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Trademark Hotel! The access to food, dining, and shopping are unmatched. The staff were lovely and the in-room dining service was great. I loved the spa products featured in each room, and it had one of the best showers I’ve ever had! We opted for a terrace room and it was worth the extra spend. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely ☺️

It is clean and personel are very professional

Location is perfect as Village market has everything you need, and great mall to stroll, enjoy a coffee and refreshments, dine and shop. We found this really handy. The hotel had great service, everyone was very pleasant. We had some issue with the wifi in the room, and we were provided with a dongle quickly. The hairdryer was not working but that was replaced immediately too. All and all great service. Breakfast was great and we even had dinner at the harvest restaurant and it was delicious. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay

Extremely happy with the hotel and the staff. We were treated so kindly at check-in by Ms. Esther and helped by everyone else with all kinds of questions and needs we have. The location can't be beat. So convenient to stay at the mall, especially if you have children. Just spend the extra money and stay here, you will not regret it.

My only complaint is the room shower is not private and the toilet door is frosted glass. this made sharing a room with a friend awkward. I will be returning to this hotel in the future with my husband. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help with anything I needed or just to chat about the hotel, excursions and info about Nairobi.

It was a great stay at the Trademark hotel

I have stayed at Trademark a few times now and I love the hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel is always clean, the breakfast is excellent and the location is great with Village Market next door. HOWEVER- on this last trip the WiFi kept kicking me out and was completely unreliable for my 4 day stay. I could not do my work and hosting Zooms was not possible. For this reason and this reason alone/ I will not return to Tradmark as I spent 4 days struggling with the WiFi. I am in Nairobi all the time now and was hoping to have Trademark as my "home base" but for business travelers, I would recommend another hotel, maybe Radission or Pullman. I've stayed at both and never had issues with WiFi. For tourists this will not be a concern but for a business traveler, it is a huge issue.

The Trademark Hotel was fantastic. The staff was so nice and helpful, the room was great, and the location is very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to be back soon.

Clean property inside a mall. Safe. Gym is too far inside the mall. The rooms are relatively small.

Excellent hotel connected to a nice open shopping centre. Access to an amazing gym in the shopping centre including classes!

Trademark is a great hotel when you travel by yourself to Nairobi. It’s an integrated part of Village Market shopping mall where you get everything you need from restaurants to shops. It is a very safe place to stay. The rooms are spacious with the bathroom integrated into the room, so you don’t want to share this room with a colleague or friend who should not see you in the shower:-) Tge bed is big and comfortable. There is a small fridge. The pool area is great too. The restaurant where you have your breakfast buffet is in a different place in the mall, but you just take the elevator down. The breakfast buffet is really nice, but their coffee is the worst I had in Kenya! You have to pay to get a cuppachino and only brewed coffee in large containers is included and often it was luke warm too. Except for that, the breakfast is great. The service at the hotel is really good. They offered me to change rooms after it had been noisy from the bars and restaurants on the weekend, however during weekdays it was quiet so I chose to stay in the same room. I would definitely stay at Trademark again.
