Surprised to find that the day I arrived was opening day and they didn't seem ready as tents were still being set up and construction was ongoing. Wish they had put me in a tent alone which definitely could have been possible judging by the lack of guests compared to the amount of tents but they put me in a tent with another guest. Easier for them to manage, I suppose. Also, I was assigned top bunk and there is absolutely no space to move around at all even for a petite female like me. Good luck, tall Europeans. But hey, at such a cheap price and only for 1 night, this wasn't bad. Workers are super friendly as well.

Very close to metro station that takes you to the middle of Copenhagen. You can rent towels as well as buy the basics you may have forgotten

Bon séjour dans cette auberge dans une chambre fermée. Le côté bar/rooftop était très sympa. La chambre était petite mais suffisante pour deux, par contre les douches et éviers n’étaient pas toujours très bien entretenus… Peut être aussi un accès un peu loin pour les toilettes depuis la chambre. Cependant côté localisation, c’était parfait, à 2 pas du métro, accès très rapide dans le cœur de Copenhague!

There should be a quiet hour enforced in the morning - a lady in the tent next to mine was always speaking very loudly at 8am. The paper towels would often run out in the evenings which made it difficult to wash your face.

Want to start off by saying that it was a pretty clean place. It’s very cold during the winter and I came December and they kept it very warm. But, my flight landed at 8am and I was awake for around 24 hours at that point. Check in is at 3 and they make sure to never give you the room UNTIL 3. It was very obvious every tent was empty as very few people stayed at the time. They just didn’t want to let me in even after seeing how drained and exhausted I was. They give me a lock for a locker to store my stuff while I walked around the area and the lock was a use once thing. So it was a $5 USD lock that once I open it I have to pay again. Then the worst part.. I am a solo traveling young female. I specifically requested a female only hostel room and they even repeated it back to me. I only stayed two nights and night one I was lucky enough to be alone (like I said barely anyone stayed). But night 2 .. 3 different men came into my room. 2 men together then another man in the middle of the night. This part had nothing to do with them but I just want to mention for my personal advice if you’ve never done hostels I wouldn’t recommend. 2 of the men stored uncomfortably loud. I didn’t sleep and ended up doing an all nighter leaving the hostel at 4am and getting to the airport 8 hours early. Also just super weird they let men into my room when keep in mind many other rooms were empty. Every single thing you can think of is costly. Not the best but not horrible.

Suihkutilat epäsiistit ja suihkun vedenpaine todella heikko. Teltat ihanat, mutta yöpyjän pitää tietää että siellä on ihmisiä eri taustoista ja kulttuureista joten pitää sopeutua. Ihana henkilökunta! ❤️

Everything was amazing from every aspect for my stay. I wish there were eggs and croissants in the breakfast.

Es war eine sehr interessante Erfahrung und ein gutes Konzept, aber es gäbe einige Ideen zur Verbesserung. Beispielsweise wäre es schöner gewesen man hätte die Zelte sicherheitshalber abschließen (oder irgendwie absichern) können und wenn es ein Ausleihsystem für die Schlösser der Spinde gegeben hätte. Wir haben leider keine Information vorher dafür gefunden und mussten dann das Schloss voll kaufen für 8€. Die Nachtruhe war für 22 bis 7 vorgesehen, aber es gab keine Kontrollen, dementsprechend kam es oft zu lauteren Situationen.

Väldigt trevligt ställe. Bra pris, fräscha lokaler och det var tyst på natten.

Som ett väldigt smart alternativ till sovsal. Smidigt.
