worst of the worst the color of the pool is green. i cannot swim all employer is so unkind and the resort has no beach hahaha!!! just name is resort and beach

The staff are the real asset manager MrFiroz solved my issues and was so helpfull and I thank him for the free upgrade which I really appreciated.

Hotellet havde vores reservation til tre-personers værelse klar da vi kom men gav os alligevel et to personers værelse. Vi skulle bede om at få en seng båret ind. Skulle selv påminde om ekstra håndklæder etc. Værelset og badeværelset var ikke ordentligt rengjort. Lampe på badeværelset, badevægt, ventilationsanlæg og opladningsstik virkede ikke. Svag kloaklugt på værelset. Poolen var beskidt og helt mørkegrøn og ikke transparent. Baren havde ikke kolde øl til selskabet og flere retter vi valgte til middagen fra menukortet vidste sig ikke at være tilgængelige. Der blev spillet høj musik ved poolen nedenfor værelset til sent om aftenen som holdt os vågne. Maden var god! Personalet var venligt. Generelt var der dog ikke styr på så meget.

Nice place, the hotel wasn't that old, but hasn't been updated or kept up as much as it should. Water stains, some outlets not working. I was disappointed there was no beach access at the Tanga Beach Resort. The food and staff were great.

Staff were not trained correctly, the towel were off white and smelly. No milk to make coffee, no shower cape, no tissue box in the room when requested, were told they do not provide them. Kept making mistakes on the bill, when food was ordered, it took over an hour to come to our table. Will not recommend this hotel to my families or friends. For a 5 star hotel (being very expensive too) not impressed. Have been to a lot of hotel, but never one like this.

Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. My daughter forgot her eye glasses under the bed. Room service found them and Talib was even willing to have them delivered at the Airport.

It was good

Very comfortable hotel. Room clean and spacious, good bed. Shower worked well with adequate pressure and hot water. Bar/restaurant and pool area is large and well maintained. The included buffet style breakfast was tasty and provided Tanzanian, continental, and UK style options.

Nice place had few issues with room and was upgraded which was very nice of the manager

I’m very disappointed at this place, I spend two nights, Thursday and Friday night. Weekends starting Friday night they have loud live band starting 4pm to 11pm. It is impossible to sleep until they finish this ridiculous loud live band. When I called to ask why so loud, the response was this is our weekend music there is nothing we can do. Secondly the pool was not clean, very dirty and disgusting but they didn’t seem to bother them.

This is the best hotel in town. I only stay here. Good service, welcoming staff in all areas . Food & room great. Will be back again in December

Plesently surprised by the premises. Had not expected this quality in Tanga. The service, on the other hand, is very much as expected in Tanga.
