The room was decent, the shower kept leaking and we had to dry the floor every time we took a shower. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is at walking distance to shops and restaurants, that was a plus.

Thank you for a perfect stay I have stayed on many parts of the island and have stayed in palma nova torrenova and Calvià around 15 times over 30 years and this is by far one of the best huge selection of food / drinks staff amazing maid 5stsrs location central but away from crowds beach over the rd lots of sunbeds highly recommend

Very nice property with modern facilities and clean rooms, a short walk from the beach. Entertainment and staff were amazing and accommodating.

Very clean rooms, there was no noice at all even though there was arrangements next to us. The staff were so sweet too bring cake to our room for my mom birthday. Overall very good staff, with such a good energy

Das Hotel ist im Innenraum wie über die Fotos vermittelt sehr schön, im Aussenbereich stimmen die veröffentlichten Bilder leider nicht mit der Realität überein. Es gibt weder Farbmix und noch die coole Lässigkeit der Werbebilder, sondern grau in grau. Alle Möbel grau, die Schirme weiss-blau gestreift. Das war für uns sehr enttäuschend. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Strand, der leider touristisch sehr überlaufen ist. Für uns nicht ganz so zufriedenstellend, aber okay.

My room didn’t have the air conditioning working properly. Only part of the vents were workings in the ac and a bit difficult to sleep in the hot weather. My safe wasn’t working and had to request to replace after a few attempts and it took a while. Out of the two elevators to 7th floor one was broken for more than a day and had to wait for a long time for the lift. Staff were friendly but the hotel need to up their standards and more efforts need to be put into maintenance. It’s a very good hotel in a good location

Good food and drinks, nice pools and happy entertainers.

The hotel in general was decent enough wit three swimming pools and couple of bars and the hotel is about 150m to the beach. The room we’ve got was not very well maintained( for unknown reason we got an handicap room) no chairs to sit, Water from the shower flooded everywhere in the bathroom, one of our bed was wobbly and unstable. House keeping didn’t change the bed sheets for 5 nights and didn’t care to fill up the coffee/tea bags as well as you hear people talking and sometimes screaming out side of the room. we asked for an upgrade/ change but the answer was its fully booked. The staff are pleasant. Need better

Lovely hotel would definitely book again

It’s full of Pale 16 year old boys from northern England away from their moms for the first or 2nd time , lacking class in any possible way. on top of that , the receptionist are unwilling to consider late check outs and seems like they haven’t been Hyatt trained . hotel and rooms are fine , the breakfast is 2 out of 6 stars , always measure a hotel breakfast by their quality of juice . this is the most synthetic juice in all variations I have ever tried!
